The worst part, was the door was broken upon arrival. Our toddler FELL out of the door three times from the top step all the way down three tall steps to the ground of a fifth wheel camper. Unacceptable! We let them know immediately and they could fix it for 3 days into our stay! Then, it broke 5 hours later... and no latch for the remainder of trip. They were rude. They were liars. We will never rent from them again! Keep in mind; renters beware! They won't refund you a dime even though it's all their fault.

A lot of companies would have just pocketed that money. The delivery was on time and accommodated a last minute site change (a different site within the campground). We booked an Airbnb onsite here so we were able to walk everywhere…read more I was so impressed with the resort as a whole I cannot wait to come back here! For the slopes, they had so many lines for all different level of skiing. They had multiple sides to the mountain and even had a bar at the top that offered alcohol, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks and even chili and hot dogs. I am at a beginner level and the green lines were still a tad more difficult, but everyone going down looks out for everyone. I was very impressed with the ski patrol as a fell quite a few times and they were there to check on me. The area itself was very clean and again, everything is easily walkable. I noticed an outdoor playground for the kiddos when it's warmer out to play on. The food options here are good. Almost everywhere was a bit crowded, but we were able to wait for our food and then take it back to the Airbnb. I was very impressed with this place on every level. I will be coming back and staying longer next time.

This was a time saver. -Do get to the mountain by mid-morning to secure close parking, maximize your ski time, and enjoy the runs before the crowds arrive (and they will). -Do consider coming on a Wednesday. A lift ticket in 2026 is only $45 versus the $105 I dropped for a Saturday. Shout-out to the ski staff for their overall hospitality and making sure folx got onto the lifts quickly and safely. It appeared to be a smooth operation. Another shout-out to the ski instructors who transformed my nieces into skilled skiers in just one lesson. Though this was my first time at Crystal Mountain, it will not be my last.

Breakfast besides that was incredible with what was provided. They had cookies for guests in the evening hours. The fitness room was Prestine as well though I was slightly disappointed that a hot tub was supposedly advertised wish there is not but the pool has pretty solid hours too if the beach isn't your kind of thing. Prices here are kind of high but it was ultimately Justified throughout our entire visit. I will highly recommend and suggest coming here as your first choice if you are staying in the area.
