Do not trust these people! They WILL charge you ten times the going price for parts . They told me my ignition coil for an onan 2500 cost $400 and took 4 hrs labor to replace! We had multiple services performed by the folks here and couldn't be happier about the experience and top notch customer service. They installed a tow bar, air brake and bike rack on our new Jeep Wrangler, then married it up to our Newmar RV. All work was done promptly as they scheduled it, and follow through in showing us how everything is to work was great. Awesome service! I traveled from Texas for a mountain bike race and the day before the retractable bed in my Sprinter van RV wouldn't move into place, i. e. risk of no sleep before big race. Three other shops would not even look at it but they did. It was a blown fuse and they had me in and out in an hour. I got my sleep and finished my first 100 mile mountain bike race. I just can't believe one of the previous reviews was so negative. It seems to me that the review must have neen posted to the wrong site. I have been in a Class A Diesel Pusher for the last 13 years and have dealt with MANY repair places all over the country. When you drive your house down the road, everything that can go wrong usually does. I'm currently having quite a bit of work done on my coach which was not anticipated but I could not be more pleased with everything about Just Trucks. My first contact was when I called for Road Service. I've never had Road Service handled so quickly and professionally, particularly on a blizzard day! In the process of handling my "won't start" problem, I made a comment about something that had bothered me since I bought the coach and that issue got handled in less than a half hour. In 6 years, nobody else was able to resolve the problem. I've never written a review but these guys are definitely worth it. read more

On local recommendation I decided to take my motorhome to Just Trucks for the spring check up and some maintenance. These people are top drawer. Professional in appearance, attitude and skills. The performed all the work I asked for and did it right. If you are in the Traverse Region and need work done on you motorhome I do recommend them. I'm not a complainer...I've never sent a meal back, told a waitress my drink wasn't good, or asked for a refund when a transaction wasn't up to par...but times are changing. I have a 2003 motorhome. While visiting winerys in Traverse City with friends it blew a radiator hose so I had to have it repaired in Traverse City even though I live an hour away. So I looked for a repair facility and decided "Just Trucks" would be a good choice. Since I had a couple of other maintenance items I was contemplating, I asked them to install a new part in the steering system and fix a hydraulic stability jack that would not properly retract as well as replace the blown hose. I went back several days later and paid a large repair bill...and as I drove off I noticed that the steering wheel was set at about 30 degrees rotation to the right so I had to drive with the wheel looking like I was making a right hand turn....hmmm...not cool. A few days later, after getting home, I tried out the jacks. They said they had replaced a hose and the jacks all went down properly, but when I placed the controls in the retract/raise up position, the same jack that I has asked them to repair did not retract. Since you can't drive with one of the jacks extended because they would get torn off, this is a serious problem. The same problem that I had paid them to fix... was not fixed. Now I don't know what you might think is a fair price for these repairs, but somehow $1200 for a crooked steering wheel, a jack that still won't retract properly and a simple radiator hose replacement makes me feel I got hosed. So I called them and when I got off the phone I wasn't very happy with the call. Basically I felt they would not help me or go out of their way to make this right. I walked away from the call feeling that I had been told that to fix the steering I would have to pay another $300 for an alignment (why wasn't that done originally if that was needed?) and they would work on the jack for $100 an hour....didn't I already pay to get it fixed???? So now I can drive 90 minutes to drop the unit off and have a chase car bring me home and back again or stay overnight in Traverse at my own expense and argue with them about this whole mess and throw good money after bad....or I can just suck it up and let you decide if this is the level of service you would expect to pay twelve hundred dollars for. I won't be back and my inner lawyer says Small Claims Court calls me.... read more

I needed an exhaust repair on my motorhome and was trying to find a shop large enough to do the work. I had called all over and couldn't find a muffler shop or repair facilty large enough to get the motorhome in, which is only 30ft. I was told that Just Trucks looks after RV's and called and explained I needed an exhaust repair. I was told no problem, bring it in and we'll fix you up. When I got there I explained the problem to both the owner and the service rep in detail as I know what the problem was and what needed to be done. Again from the owner and the service rep, we'll bring it in and have a look. No problem we'll get you looked after. Well, that's just what they did. Have a look, take a picture and tell me they couldn't do a exhaust repair and then charge me $50.00. Thanks for the estimate. You already knew you couldn't do it, and all you had to do was stick you nose under the front and you could see what the problem was. I went up to a 2 star rating on this as they at least gave a good recomend and called Cliff's Major Muffler ahead for me. I spoke with Dave there who stuck his head under the front, had a look and told me exactly what I knew needed done. They had me in later in the afternoon and after an hours repair and and a great job the cost wasn't much more than just Trucks having a look. They may do some good work there, but if they already know they don't do the work..... Don't charge me. Beware read more
