I would not recommend this company. After writing my review, I was surprised to see that other people have had similar issues that seem to link back directly to the same thing I'm dealing with now. My review about my experience with the company is as follows: Taylor is the person who answered the phone the day I called in regards to getting a quote for granite countertops. In working with Taylor, a few lessons were learned. She lacks basic communication skills to schedule appointments, has difficulty following up after being reminded and many other skills needed to complete her job. She also managed to entirely mess up a granite order by having the wrong color granite installed. The day I called we discussed what color granite I was looking for and she advised she'd send me some options via text (and then needed to be reminded multiple times to do it). I only received one picture (it was of the counter in the office, so no samples at all, and I was advised there was no one images on the website to select the color either. We did speak specifically about the difference between two of the few level one granites they offer (one with a white base and one with a beige base). I made it clear a few times that we were looking for the one with the beige base. The wrong color installed and her response was to tell me there was natural variations in the stone. I've had many granite countertops installed and let me tell you this wasn't just about a variation in the stone. I've attached a photo so that you can see what awful excuse she tried to pull (after being advised to say this to me by Derek who I'm left to guess is the owner/her boss) Once I brought to her attention that her answer was completely wrong for this situation she then went on to say if I wanted to pick out a color I needed to go to the warehouse and that the contractor signed the contract to have the lighter color installed (it was her writing on the contract, so she told the contractor that, that's the color we discussed wrote it on the contract and then blamed the contractor for it too!) I was also never asked to go to the warehouse and since we had multiple conversations about the color, and she was aware we did have a preference. The issue goes further than that even. The slab was cut poorly, edges over the lower cabinets hang out further than they should in the corners, and they damaged the front porch, breaking tiles as they came into the home. Their employees didn't even mention it which makes me think this is probably something they do all the time. Derek said this issue would be fixed, but no appointment has been set up, he certainly hasn't reached out and after seeing how unprofessional he and his staff are blaming their failures on their customers, I don't expect that it will be fixed. I do not support any company that doesn't stand behind their work and isn't even big enough to admit when they're wrong. I'll be looking for another company to help with our next project and I'd advise anyone who's wondering if this is the right company for them to do the same. read more

We had multiple execution and quality issues. Our project was estimated at a max of 3 months for a bathroom remodel, it's still not complete as of today 5/31/23 which is almost a year later. Communication was horrible! They have been slowly starting our job for 4 months. As of now only plumbing is done. I understand if they are busy, but pick up the phone and call or respond to texts and messages. Also, not the cleanest contractors. I received a quote from this company a while back to have some work done on my small fireplace because I learned of them from a local interior designer's Instagram account. They quoted me at $2500 for the work that I wanted done. The other quotes that I received from other companies were 1/3 of that cost. I ended up going with another company and they did all of the work, tile and supplies included for $700! It turned out so beautiful. This company's prices are simply offensive. Beware. read more

I would not recommend this company. The staff is nice, but the quality of the work is terrible. They painted our cabinets and the paint is chipping after less than a year. Also, there are spots where they forgot to paint. It is a very sloppy job. They "customized" wood cabinet doors for us. What we did not know is that because it is wood combined with the humidity of tampa, the doors would crack. They did repair the doors with an extra coat of paint, but the doors are cracking again. They did not educate us on the pros and cons of any of the materials. We actually had the decorative molding redone because it was so sloppy. We cannot afford to redo all the work they did in our home right now. However, we expect to tear out the whole kitchen in 5 years due to chipping paint and an overall sloppy job. The job was suppose too take 6 weeks and took over a year to complete. When I thinking about the amount of money we spent and the quality of work, it makes me sick to my stomach. read more

This company does not stand behind its work. They did a 20k job for me in 2015. The workmanship required addressing in 2018 and the company attempted to not stand behind its work. The response were the work is 3 years old and out of warranty even though I have a warranty letter . Alex is not a professional is need to seek employment in another industry. Buyer beware. The experience from beginning to end and present is not work customary in the industry. If I had to do it again I will pay the additional 3-5% above Adams Multicare to another competitor. Highly recommended. From start to finish, they were helpful, provided great prices, and finished product looks great! Right from the beginning, they listened to what I was looking for and were able to design exactly what I was looking for. They were able to show me the design on a 3D computer program, which was very helpful when selecting our design. They were pretty flexible in their scheduling and the demo and install crew were very polite and courteous. All work was finished in the time frame we discussed. The owner even checked to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with the finished product. Kitchen looks great and can't wait to start on our bathroom. read more

Visited the store on Waters Ave. to request a quote to redo my kitchen over four weeks ago. They came out the same day and took measurements and drew diagrams. Could not get a response on the quote - and still have not! They were totally unresponsive. After calling numerous times and actually visiting the store again I got an email with drawings that made no sense. Called several more times to get prices and STILL nothing! Requested several times to speak with the owner and he's always on "vacation" Can't even get a quote, I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be to actually work with them! read more

Derek is great to work with and all of the workers were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, we had a mishap (total accident) and the project took longer than any of us expected. The end result, however, is a beautiful kitchen that we are very happy with. read more
