I went to local home-improvement stores and compared products and knew what I wanted installed in my home. Brian was the first person in the window and door business that was honest listened to my needs and wants and gave me necessary feedback and recommendations of what would work best for my home with in my budget. I was given a fair price and quality product from Brian. I agreed upon the estimate and gave him a deposit. It took approximately four weeks for my product to arrive and Brian and an apprentice came soon after, when they said they would and installed on my windows and doors in the time I was told it would take. He did not try to increase the price when he found little things that he needed to replace along the way and he also replaced my window sills that I provided with no questions asked. He takes pride in his work and make sure he leaves your home as clean as possible and even takes the trash with him. It's hard to find an honest company with workers that take pride in the job they do well this is them. I'm very happy with my new windows and doors and I will refer him to my friends.

Mitch came out as scheduled, did the walk through, quoted a number that was higher than we were budgeting for. After talking further he made a call to the owner and we were able to sign a contract that fit our budget. This was mid Oct 2018 with an estimated install in 6 to 8 weeks. By mid Nov they had a crew out to the house installing the coverings. The only hitch was that the factory and omitted 2 small coverings for the bathroom windows. The company took care of getting them ordered and had an installer out before the end of the year. Great product, great service, will recommend them anytime!
