Again, I was told this was the manufacturer's mistake. * August 20, 2025: The replacement was scheduled, but the crew didn't have the correct installation materials, forcing me to lose yet another day of work. * August 21, 2025: The correct doors were finally installed -- five months after I first ordered them. When I expressed my frustration, I was told repeatedly: "There's nothing more we can do to compensate you. You signed a contract." This response is unacceptable. I lost approximately $1,500 in income because I had to take five additional days off work to accommodate their repeated mistakes and rescheduled installations. The burden of these errors should not fall on the customer. After weeks of waiting for a professional response to rectify this issue, I was offered a $500 gag clause to keep my negative experience quiet and I was asked to guarantee in writing that I would not post my honest review. I did not accept that bribe. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a five-month ordeal of delays, errors, and dismissive customer service. Window Wall has shown no accountability for their mistakes, no respect for the customer's time, and no willingness to make this right. I went to local home-improvement stores and compared products and knew what I wanted installed in my home. Brian was the first person in the window and door business that was honest listened to my needs and wants and gave me necessary feedback and recommendations of what would work best for my home with in my budget. I was given a fair price and quality product from Brian. I agreed upon the estimate and gave him a deposit. It took approximately four weeks for my product to arrive and Brian and an apprentice came soon after, when they said they would and installed on my windows and doors in the time I was told it would take. He did not try to increase the price when he found little things that he needed to replace along the way and he also replaced my window sills that I provided with no questions asked. He takes pride in his work and make sure he leaves your home as clean as possible and even takes the trash with him. It's hard to find an honest company with workers that take pride in the job they do well this is them. I'm very happy with my new windows and doors and I will refer him to my friends.
