The young men who performed those jobs were polite and skilled. So I expected the same level of service for HVAC work. The comfort consultant-- Aaron-- arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He asked questions and listened. After evaluating the needs and my budget, Aaron listed several brands and payment options. Aaron advised that he would email the proposals and would include consumer brochures for my review. Within hours I received the email as promised which was thorough. Based upon my prior experiences with Raynor, I canceled the other appointments and executed the contract. I highly recommend Raynor for both electrical and HVAC work.

I have also never used said platinum membership for any of the benefits making my membership solely a financial gain for this company and a loss for me. My loyalty and membership has gotten me nothing. This company does the whole predatory practices that tries to make you purchase and sign a contract right in the moment by scare tactics. Unfortunately, they got me and I signed the contract. Yet I stated multiple times that I did not want the final fee over $19,999.00 they still put it to $20000 after I put a $3500 down payment. Also they were suppose to call before showing up. Did not happen they just showed up unannounced. They left a mess in my basement where I stepped on a piece of metal and got it stuck in my foot. They removed a piece of duct work that was feeding my upstairs bathroom without verifying it was needed. They told me they would provide a case of filters for the price and showed up with only one. If this is how this company treats valuable loyalty and their disabled veterans that have been paying their bills for years then I am gonna cancel my membership and take my business to their competitors. My old water heater died right before Thanksgiving…read more I called home depot's emergency services and their contracted company wanted to up charge me a lot of money for the convenience to install a new water heater. I was interested in using the opportunity to upgrade to a hybrid heat pump water heater and hd's guys said I may need a second electrical panel!? Rather than bite the bullet I opened up trusty yelp and created a 2 new home projects for my water heater and the electical outlet it needed. Tony from ppe saved my day after he contacted me thru yelp. He seemed knowledgeable and was good at explaining things. He vokunteered his elecrician license information for verification. He then came thru to install the 240v outlet in my basement. While there he gave some good advice regarding electrical safety and even fixed some breakers that were inappropriately installed by a prior contractor. He was prompt and even though this all happened right before Thanksgiving, Tony was in touch with me throughout that following weekend. He got it done the following Tuesday. He was a pleasure to work with and his price was fair.

My Tech arrived on time and described what was giving to be done. He even needed to pull new wiring from the units to the thermostats and thankfully he had attractive base plates to mount the Ecobees on the wall, as the hole left from removal was too large. He then worked with me on my app. I am planning to use Master Touch for some electrical work and I will hire them for spring and fall HVAC servicing. With the turn of the seasons, our aging furnace wouldn't blow warm air. After researching local HVAC companies via online reviews, we connected with Master Home Touch Service in the Freehold/Manalapan area. The owner, Hovhannes Mirimanyan ("Hov"), was free that day for a service call ($100, but waived for larger projects). We mutually agreed that it was time to replace the 30 year-old furnace. Hov carefully walked us through the issues with our current furnace and air conditioning systems. He then outlined in a "no pressure" presentation several solutions, providing a cost-benefit analysis of each system (G/E, Rheem, Bosch). He showed us photo portfolios of past similar projects. A few days later, a three-person installation crew arrived at our home at 7 AM to perform the removal of the prior HVAC, and install the new system. The installation was completed by lunchtime, with our home left in pristine condition. The next morning, Hov returned to walk us through the details of the installation and how to perform basic maintenance items on the furnace. The Rheem system works great, is quiet - and connected to a smart Honeywell thermostat. The price paid was fair relative to the quality of services rendered. In summary, I highly recommend Master Touch Home Service for residential HVAC projects. They also provide commercial service and selecting plumbing services (e.g., hot water heater replacements).
