My old water heater died right before Thanksgiving…read more I called home depot's emergency services and their contracted company wanted to up charge me a lot of money for the convenience to install a new water heater. I was interested in using the opportunity to upgrade to a hybrid heat pump water heater and hd's guys said I may need a second electrical panel!? Rather than bite the bullet I opened up trusty yelp and created a 2 new home projects for my water heater and the electical outlet it needed. Tony from ppe saved my day after he contacted me thru yelp. He seemed knowledgeable and was good at explaining things. He vokunteered his elecrician license information for verification. He then came thru to install the 240v outlet in my basement. While there he gave some good advice regarding electrical safety and even fixed some breakers that were inappropriately installed by a prior contractor. He was prompt and even though this all happened right before Thanksgiving, Tony was in touch with me throughout that following weekend. He got it done the following Tuesday.
