She procrastinates reading but still hits reply, often with something like:-- "Please get another attorney to look at your natter. " -- Slopped out in grouchy night email. You then must help her go back and read what you wrote the first time. She simply does not read email and you have to walk her through it line by line, repeating again and again. And kindly ask her to please answer your questions. Very time consuming. Not only does she not read, she often does not proofread her replies, and it shows. She doesn't care. But at the end of the day, results are what count. So if she had a few bad emails or whatever, if we get results, it's good. But unfortunately, it's not going well at all. When I asked for insight and advice on my case she made a mistake and then said get another attorney. I feel like she is trying to win against me and not work. I just want to win with my landlord issues. But she doesn't care about my issue, so trying to get her to do that conflicts with her goal of "do as little as possible." Terrible.
