I was extremely close to hitting the car in front of me and scared. I called every close shop and it was the afternoon on a Saturday and no one would help me. I called Rapido and a friendly voice named Sebastian was on the other line. He was so kind and listened to my issues and assured me if I drop the car off he could take a look at it and since it was almost closing time he would accept it and let me know what was going on in the morning. I left the car there and he called me early and let me know what issues were going on. I have a car max repair insurance on my car and this was a verified shop from them and he went through with me everything that we could fix and take care of now so that I get the best bang out of my buck before my repair plan expires (it was just about to). We talked prices and he was completely understanding of what I could and couldn't do and never pressured me, guilted me, or tried to take advantage of me not knowing about cars and I appreciate that so much because that's the last thing you need when your car is broken down and you're stressed. He really seemed like he cared and asked me multiple times if I had a rental car and that he could help connect me with my insurance to get me one.
