I also had to make use of their shuttle service back home when I initially dropped my vehicle off and it was no issue - in fact, I enjoyed talking to Zach on the way home! The car has issues with reverse and would stall out or have other distinctly transmission-related problems. After allegedly diagnosing the issue, they returned the car with a new " wiring harness" for $375 that supposedly would fix the issue. Well, LKQ junkyard just left our driveway and gave us a nice little $700 check for our non driveable car. They took our money, and didn't fix a thing. An electrical shop laughed at us when we explained the harness part that we got charged for.

Made adjustments, if doesn't work will replace valve body. 3.They are experts, and I am expecting too much. Nobody said they would replace the valve body. Conclusion they said it's shifting fine. It's shifting exactly as it did before they worked on it, which begs the question if that's normal why did they work on it.
