Ran across these guys in Instagram and send them a DM, got a quick response and a basic quote. They were out that same weekend and had my pool filter apart and cleaned quickly. We were lucky to find Adam and have been impressed with his work. Last August, we were silly enough to think, with two kids under 3 years old, that we could keep up maintenance of the pool. I asked Adam to give me a quote for a pool cleaning when it turned green after the rains. I didn't really need regular service. Not a great experience with spa service, scratched the fiberglass and very poor communication. In fact, Adam has apparently stopped the bi-weekly service and never communicated this or answered my text messages and I've not received any invoice after my payment for the initial service to drain & clean the spa in late August. I thought he might have been giving me courtesy service since he left scratches all over the fiberglass on the initial visit due to using a large pool brush on the spa interior. Well, I had to mention it before he cleaned off the black marks, but the fiberglass is still scratched. Really didn't expect someone advertising professional spa service to be that dumb. Thought I'd give him a chance to continue and make it right, but considering recourse now. Maybe he's better with large pools, but my experience has been pretty bad. Attention to detail, communication and actual quality service are a problem. read more
