We have a problem pool with algae forming very quickly and chemicals not balance. Very good at helping maintain our pool crystal clear.

I found Jose thru yelp when we found our house and our pool needed replacing of the tiles. He charged us $1500 for what he called "thin tiles" but he just put stickers. We could have done that ourselves and bought the stickers for $120. Felt like he took advantage of us since we did not know anything and we were super young first time home owners. We did not bother to contact him because we had asked him to come to service our pool on a different day and he told us rudely to just find someone else to do it LOL. I was concerned about our safety too because he knew our address then. The only reason I am writing this now is because the house is being rented. So anyway, the stickers obviously started peeling off after just a year. There goes our $1500! What a waste of money. Go find someone trustworthy. read more

I would not recommend this Pool services to anybody. He used to be our pool guy when we first got our house. We got our pool in bad shape, tiles on the top sides of the pool needed replacing. So we contacted JP Pool services and showed it to him. He gave us a quote which is a bit high, but since we didn't know anything/anybody at that time, we trusted him. He told us he will install a "THIN TILE" that he ordered online. But when he is installed it we noticed it was only a sticker. After just a year, look at his job.(attached images). Also, 1 time, I just ask him a favor if he can service our pool on a different day than his usual scheduled day to us, he replied back to us rudely that we should just look for a different pool guy. I have known for some time that I needed to drain my pool and do an acid wash. I requested three quotes from well-reviewed companies. Jose with JP Pool Service was the only one that came out and took a look at my pool. He seemed like a good guy and when all of the quotes were submitted, his was the lowest. He came out on a Friday and put in the pump to drain our pool, then came back on Sunday with two of his employees and spent the better part of the day doing a thorough job acid washing and cleaning our tile. He was very good about cautioning us that acid washing might damage the plaster on our older pool. In the end, my wife and I decided to go with the acid wash. Jose and his crew did a great job! When I first contacted Jose, he responded within a few minutes. He come out to examine the pool and the equipment. After a short conversation, he quoted me a very reasonable price. I am able to pay him through Venmo which made the process even easier. I cannot recommend this service enough. I've been using his service now for about a year and had an issue with my pump not operating properly. I notified him and asked for his help.
