They also texted 15 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated. Adam came out to service our heater, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the faulty part, and thoroughly tested the system. He explained everything clearly, communicated professionally, and even left the heater cleaner than when he arrived. On top of that, he provided a 1-year warranty on the repair. Problems with equipment are handled immediately, our salt gen system is kept up and each week our service tech does a great job cleaning our pool. Leo used to be our tech but he is now a supervisor. Leo was always so nice when coming to my house...just a great guy. When he got promoted I was worried that maybe the service would suffer, but it didn't. He introduced me to our new tech and made sure he knew how to take care of our pool. Ray will come over occasionally to handle some bigger aspects like filter cleaning. The front office is great! I can't recommend them highly enough. I trust them completely with my pool and at my house when I'm not home. I can't recommend them highly enough! Trying to keep this brief for my own time. From January to March I was supposed to spend 160 a month on pool cleaning, but pool was still dirty. So they charged an additional 120 in February for extra chemicals because I had a difficult pool. But end of March pool had a lot of algae and looked like it wasn't even being brushed. They wanted another $360 in more chemicals. This would bring my YTD to $960, averaging $320 a month instead of the agreed $160 per month, but the big problem was pool was dirty! I'm not paying 320 a month to have a green pool. Maybe if the pool was clean and they came to me asking to adjust the rate that would work. But I can't keep paying extra fees to have a dirty pool. The pool was so bad my new pool service had to charge an extra fee to get the pool started. They couldn't believe I had an active pool service. La pool guys had in fact been there earlier that week. Oh I forgot they did a filter cleaning duirng this time which I requested because pool flow was getting low. After the filter clean, pool flow was still low and pressure was at 20. They told me that's normal. Had to pay another service to come out. They cleaned it and got pressure down to 10 and a good flow. They said it looked like no cleaning was done. So add that to the money wasted this year. Other problems: They skipped cleanings without letting me know (holidays, rainy day, etc.) Only when I noticed the pool was dirty and asked about it, they would confirm they skipped last week. I need to be told when skipping weeks so I can clean the pool myself or make alternative arrangements. Requested service for an equipment issue. Their tech came and went and said they fixed it, but checked it and nothing was done and the same problem existed. Had to call a different pool service for repair and wasted time

We could have done that ourselves and bought the stickers for $120. Felt like he took advantage of us since we did not know anything and we were super young first time home owners. We did not bother to contact him because we had asked him to come to service our pool on a different day and he told us rudely to just find someone else to do it LOL. I was concerned about our safety too because he knew our address then. The only reason I am writing this now is because the house is being rented. So anyway, the stickers obviously started peeling off after just a year. There goes our $1500! What a waste of money. Go find someone trustworthy.
