Dan is awesome. He came over to give me a quote. I thought my pool was plaster and that I needed to get it acid washed. He came by to take a look and let me know it was fiberglass and that meant a chlorine wash instead. He actually told me how I could do it myself if I wanted to save even more money going that route. He also noticed the edge of the fiberglass was peeling off around the pool and gave me options on a affordable way to repair it. Otherwise, it would cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. Great service! I called on a Friday looking for some answers for my green pool. I had a week to clean it up before I had a party. I called Dan at 4:50. He was very informative and let's say cool. He came as he said he would on Saturday. He gave me a quote and said he could fix it during the week. But then, he finished a job early and that same Saturday, he came at 3pm to fix my pool. When you stick with somebody once a month for 7 years, that means that they are reliable and do a bang-up job. We haven't shopped prices with other services, so I cannot comment on the relative value of his service, but he explains what he will be doing, does it promptly and has been available on short notice to take care of whatever "emergencies" are bothering us. We recently converted from standard chlorinated to salt water, and Dan was thoroughly familiar with that kind of pool.
