Samuel was quick to take my mothers money after the problem he initially fixed happened again. I called him 9.11 and he said he would be able to come out at 5pm that day. The quickly went by at 6:30pm I called,texted, and left a voicemail and received no response or call back from him. This morning I called him and he swears his truck was being inspected and he had no clients and he would be here at 1pm. At 1:23 I called him and he lied and said he was 30min out. My mom called at 2:45 and he says he was waiting on some equipment ( which he mentioned nothing to me about earlier) to be delivered.
