Very disappointed. Won't recommend them. I told the young crew to be careful in the yard because we have an irrigation system near the septic tank. I also showed them the clean-out tube. They busted an irrigation pipe near the septic tank, they said. They repaired the leak (in my opinion, incorrectly), but now two irrigation zones don't work, and I hear water running through the house. My husband called Management, and they charged $195 to come out to investigate last week, but didn't fix the two zones that worked before they worked on your tank, and said they didn't hear the noise. We paid over $900 for 1,500 cleaning and an outlet tee. read more

They displace ads all across there service area stating a $350 Dollar septic pump. You call and schedule your appointment and they still say $350 dollars over the phone. when they arrive on site and begin work they tell you it will be an extra $200 dollar service fee. They do not wash out your septic tank and if there is any build up in the tank they do not take it with them they leave it in your yard. There entire process is Upsale, upsale, upsale. read more

We booked ProCharge for a septic inspection and clean-out on a house we were buying. After scheduling for Saturday at 12, we tried to confirm multiple times via calls and texts, but received no response until the day of the appointment, when he informed us that technicians were on their way--four hours early. The technician, who is supposed to be located in griffin, came from over an hour away, arrived and spent only 10 minutes on-site, claiming they couldn't find the septic tank and charging us $140 for the visit. They suggested we might be on sewer or that the tank was under the driveway, without properly checking the clean-out. After confirming the tank's location with the seller, we attempted to schedule a return visit( Which the guy claimed he wouldn't charge to come back out) He said they don't work on Sundays, despite the website saying 24 hours. We booked for Monday early morning. I took off work to be there, however he told us the earliest he could get there was 12. No apology for being late or his lack of communication. After venting my frustration of missing work to the owner he actually offered to charge us $110 to put a scope down the clean out and locate the septic tank, what he could have did the first day they arrived! He wanted us to pay for the first drive, then another 110 and then still pay for the inspection and clean out! After I told him that I would not pay anymore. Never once, not a single time did he apologize for the wasted time and money. We eventually just cut our loses and paid a different company(Four Star Plumbing) to come out the next day who located the septic tank with no issues whatsoever. I know the owner will reply to this review with the same lies he strung us Along with so I will attach my text messages as well as emails and call log. Until the very last minute he was adamant that the septic tank was under the drive way because he couldn't locate it. This was not true. He thought we were on sewer, this also was not true. He even tried to say that the county had no record of the septic tank ever being installed and that it was done illegally. This definitely was not true as all documentation was provided by the company and they found the septic tank in excellent condition. Save your time and money. Do not trust this company. They couldn't even tell if we were on septic or sewer, let alone actually find the tank! read more
