They gave us the widest variety of options, clearly delineated what each package included and why. The four options ranged from the lowest price of the three vendors to well above. We chose one of the mid-level options. Installation was scheduled very quickly, within the week. The installers worked all day on the project, running into a couple of significant obstacles but got them handled. There were a few code issues they had to address, considering it was 30+ years ago when last installed. The work was very clean and tidy, as were the areas they had to work, once completed. A very professional looking installation, and a super job by the install crew. We have had some configuration issues dealing with the smart thermostat. They have been out twice since install to address the issues without complaint. Very quick to respond when I contacted them. Everything is working well and I am exceptionally pleased with the service that I have received. I could not recommend them more highly.

He suggested checking with the installer of the furnace to fix the issue before having him do the work. We are from out of state, so it's so nice to already have an honest and knowledgeable hvac company in town.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with…read more One job we needed the outside water line shut off handle replaced which they did. They were supposed to pull up the toilet to see what the clog was (I knew my daughter had flushed a tooth brush) and replace the shut off to the toilet. We paid for all of that but the toilet was never pulled up and the shut off was not replaced. We replaced the toilet because they said they pulled it up and there was nothing there and the toilet just needed replaced. When we pulled it up we found the tooth brush. They did refund the entire amount after multiple calls complaining about the lack of work done. There was also items purchased to be put in the tank of toilet and those items have disappeared. Unfortunately used them again for a tankless water heater a few months later. They never return calls. They call to say they are on their way but don't arrive for at least 3 hours. Drag out the job multiple days. Horrible communication. Put dirty items on top of my clean towels I have folded on a shelf in my bathroom. I will absolutely never use them again. I have used this company for years for multiple things around my house but the last 2 calls will the absolute last!

We had the Home warranty required repair company address our system three separate times. I was…read moreready to replace an 8 year old unit because it just stayed problematic. The truth is my system is fine we just needed the quality and honesty of JUST RIGHT. Here are the technicians notes: 11/27/23....there were a few issues with the system starting with it was almost out of Freon. Started leak checking and found a substantial leak at the liquid line inside at piston connection. Tightened the connection and stopped that leak. Outside at the condensing unit....all three service ports were leaking and they just needed Shrader valves tightened and real service caps put on. Put brass caps with o-rings on and stop those leaks. Noticed when l first got here there was ice built up around the bottom of the condensing unit as if it doesn't complete a defrost period fully. There is a defrost temp probe attached to the inside of the condensing unit that was mounted in the wrong place on the coil. Could tell it has been replaced before just wasn't put in the right place. I did mount it in its proper location. Inspected evaporator coil and found it very dirty as if the system had run without a filter for some time and collected debris. Washed it clean with coil cleaner and water. Charged system with 5 lbs of R410a refrigerant.....after checking the system in cooling and heating it's working very well now. I don't believe there is any reason to replace this system. It just needed someone to locate these leaks .....clean it up and do a thorough tune-up on it.....l mean....it's only 8 years old. The leak inside the evaporator coil was so obvious that l find it hard to believe anyone has ever looked for a leak. I will stop paying for a worthless home warranty and give this technician a healthy tip for his great work.

I was told by the receptionist that they would be there by 1:00 p.m. I ask it someone could call me if they could not make that time. She assured me either the service rep or the office would call. By 3:00 with no service or call I called the office again to be told the service rep tried to call, I had my cell phone with me all day while I waited, no call. The office lady was very apologetic and polite, but after waiting 8hr. with no call from the company I cancelled the appointment. This company may be I best at working on homes, but leaving someone waiting 8hr. with no outreach from them is rude and unexceptable.

I needed a water filter installed, a faucet replaced and a draining of the water heater. Within 24 hours I got my quote electronically and I signed it electronically. The next week I was scheduled to get the job done on Friday. Gabe and Alan came and got the job done in a few hours and did a great job. They were professional , they cleaned up the area and they even put bypass valves on my water filtration/softener system so in case my water filter failed, I wouldn't have a leak problem. They even showed me what they were doing and explained the process to me. Phoned Barry late on Wednesday afternoon, and after describing my issue he suggested I phone the office to make an appointment. Phoned and spoke with Macy that afternoon and make an appointment for Friday morning (second in line for Friday). Around 0210pm on Friday I had to call the office as no one had come by the house nor called to let me know when I could expect someone. Was told they had a water line break they had to make a priority over my issue. Understandable. What was not was the fact no one thought it wise to not to not call a customer for roughly six hours that it was unlikely they would honor their appointment. Then tell me they could come after hours if I would pay the Over-Time rate. So, they would not honor their commitment and expect me to pay extra for their failure. Instead, I asked to reschedule. Macy offered a late Monday spot, but could not guarantee they could make it if other jobs ran late. Again, was told they could come outside hours if I paid OT rates for their inability to fulfill their commitment. She said I could get the first appointment for Tuesday, the next day. I took that option. So, Barry sends me a text at 0816am on Tuesday that he is running late as no one told him he had an appointment with me and he had to do something with a child at school. Adding that "I'll be there asap." I am typing this at 0125pm on Tuesday and Barry is not here yet nor has he or anyone from Turner Plumbing called to update. Just the facts. Make your own judgement.

He also gave me good information about cleaning frequency and he checked my ducts to make sure they were clean. He was on time and got the job done fairly quickly. The cleaning fluid had a nice lemon scent when the air conditioner came on so it wasn't overpowering. I've also scheduled another appointment and they were very helpful. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure all of my system was back up and in good shape. He even looked my system up then informed me of it still being under manufacture parts warranty - which I had no idea about! Bobby was super helpful, and my pets loved him!
