They come out quickly and assessed the situation and get it done. This is my third review for Xcalibur because every time they leave, the problem is fixed. Its totally worth it to become a member because things can go wrong at the worst time and you know who to call. Im happy. Today I have hot water. The staff has always been courteous, knowledge and they get the job done. There are all kind of other benefits that come with the membership so you should call and set it up. Its horrible to run around at the last minute trying to figure out who will fix your problem. Guess what, they do it all. No running around trying to find someone, just call one number and they will get you hooked up. I know they have for me. Now to go enjoy a nice hot shower.

We have had the same problem with our plumbing for over a year now. We have had countless people come out from Xcalibur to look at the problem and we have paid them almost $3,000 in total and nothing has been fixed. The first encounter was in December of 2024. I even paid for the VIP service because I was told that the VIP would help us get quicker appointments. We paid every quote we were given, and we did everything Xcalibur recommended. We even got our septic tank cleaned out unnecessarily because they recommended it. I first became frustrated with Xcalibur in January of 2025, because we had so many people come out and everyone assured us that the problem was fixed when they left. At that time, we were quoted $2,335 to fix the problem that we had been assured was already fixed. I wanted to use another company because I felt like we were getting the run around, but Xcalibur assured me that this would fix our problem. I was told that the company stands by their work and that they offer a warranty on their services. I reluctantly agreed to the work because they were so nice and I trusted them at their word. We were told everyone who had come out before from their company did not know what they were doing, but this plumber was the "fixer" and would make everything right. When I asked for a copy of the warranty, I was emailed a copy of the invoice only. Over a year later, and the problem is still not fixed. We had someone come out last week from Xcalibur, because the problem resurfaced yet again. Not only is there not a warranty on the work done by Xcalibur, but we paid almost $400 for a camera to be run (for a second time by Xcalibur). We were then provided a verbal quote for well over $10,000.00. I was again told that everyone who had come out before had no idea what they were doing but THIS would be the fix. The suggested quote included going through concrete and ripping our floors up. The flooring work was not included in the quote. At this point I have lost all trust in Xcalibur as they have repeatedly lied, and they do not stand by their work. They clearly do not even think their past plumbers did a good job. They clearly only care about money as they continually come out and quote more and more each time. The $400 we paid last week (on top of the money we have paid to them previously) did absolutely nothing, because only a few days later the problem was back. I called another company and they came out quickly and they were so incredibly professional. Everything Xcalibur failed to do in over a year has been fixed in only a few hours and around $750.

Working with Kevin at Mainline was the best choice that I made during my search for a new unit. Our…read morehime was not heating and cooling evenly and we had several quotes provided and several "strategies" to solve the problem. Kevin came out and looked at everything, explained what was needed. He was the only one that guaranteed his solution would work. After sending me the quote and agreeing to the package and product type I wanted, we moved forward with the a new unit. They did all the worked and they did it right. The installers were very nice and professional and did not mess up the house in any way. It was after the installation that I was really glad i went with them. The unit was not solving the problem we wanted originally which was even cooling. At first I thought we had just wasted our money...same problem, but with a new unit. Kevin called me and sent his installers back out and reviewed the problem. After several items were check, they determined that I did need a larger unit and they installed it without an charge to me. After that everything went great and the home is cooling wonderfully. We went from a unit that ran all the time and didn't cool well to one that runs in much shorter cycles and cools very well. i am confident if i had gone with anyone else, the problem would not have been solved and I would have been out more money for a larger unit. Every company quoted the same type and size unit, but Kevin was the only one that told me if it didn't work, they would stay here until it did....and they actually came through on their word. Bought a Generac whole home generator from Lowe's and Lowe's had mainline as the installers. My…read moregenerator developed a problem the end of July. Michael came out 8/3/15, said I need a part, which would be in within a week and a half. After many calls, they showed up 1 month later. They left, the generator did not do the weekly diagnostic. I called back the day after labor day, was told "oh it needs another part, guess we should have told you". I continued to call, Michael wouldn't return my voice mails. They came back in another month (3 months after my first call) and still couldn't fix it. I called Generac and found our they are NOT approved by Generac to work on the generator. Something Lowe's and Mainline should have been honest enough to tell me when I was considering buying it. I got a Generac certified service technician to come out and found out Mainline had damaged the generator when they were poking around in it. They left the generator in pieces, they damaged the muffler and damaged other parts, which the certified technician took 45 minutes to repair. They charged me $7,000 for installation and don't have a clue what they are doing. Generac has contract with Home Depot only. The lowe's sales person would not answer my e-mails. SO for 4 months I was making payments to Lowe's for a broken generator, much of the damage was caused by Mainline. Stay away from them

I had a lot of time to check out different companies and had initially decided to purchase one from Lowes. $500 and I had to install it myself...the reviews looked like it was a piece of cake. We went out to look at them and it looked cheap and flimsy. My dad insisted I call Western and they quoted me a flat rate of $1150. No thanks. But husband insisted we use them in case there was a problem with us installing it. Jay came out the next day and fiddled around and since our house is so old, there were a few installation problems. He had to use a different model because of size limitations, and while wait for his partner to bring it, totally redid the piping. He also vaccummed and cleaned the area. He installed the Ruud unit nicely and it took over 3.5 hours. I was very impressed with everything that day but the icing on the cake??? Yesterday we got a $350 rebate in the mail from Alagasco. We didn't fill out anything..they did! We will use that rebate to install a new oven now. Nice surprise!
