I'm so happy to have found such a cute beauty spot that does it all in Ossining! I had to wait about 15 minutes after my appointment time (not a complaint, that's pretty typical) and got a gel mani ($30). My technician was quick and thorough; my only issue was that she was aggressive with cleaning my cuticles and cut me twice, which then burned every time she put nail stuff on. Otherwise I was pleased with the service, how my nails came out, and will be back for sure. read more

Had a great experience. They definitely did something big by bringing a luxurious style to a small town. Love the SERVICE, MASSAGES are incredible and I get so many compliments about my nails and eyebrows! Totally love it and would 100% recommend! It only sucks that there's no parking but I often find spots close by so is not that bad. Texts aren't responded to, and online booking gets turned down, their website is no longer functional. Is this business a front or do you need a secret password to get in? I love how pretty this nail spa is and how beautifully they decorated the pedicure area. The front desk staff was very nice. My first visit was booked online and unfortunately didn't work out because the person I booked wasn't available, but they were nice enough to follow up and schedule me for another visit which I really appreciated. I paid $50 for UV gel fills, which is about average for the area. I thought the color and the shape of the nails came out beautiful. My only issue was that my nails were lifting and one fell off two days later so I came back to have a new one put on -- paid $5 for that which was fine. A couple of days later though, 3 more came off and it hadn't been two weeks, so I'm not sure why since normally UV gels will last me at least 3 weeks. I did have a nice pedicure here the week before and would recommend that, but probably not the UV gels since they didn't last long enough. read more

they are liars!!! Went in for a full which is 25 supposedly. Savina took off a nail on her own and one fell off was charged for 2 nails coming off and then I go to pay and was told I owe 40 which was 2 broken nails and 10 extra for gel polish. I would have gotten a regular polish and not gel had I been told. Again another salon in Westchester who LIES about their prices. NEVER AGAIN read more

First time using this salon and I wouldn't suggest it for anc powder. Not properly done. One of my nails has a bumpy line going across and is just warped. Also, the powder was put over the cuticle and not filed down correctly so now only 5 days later, they are lifting and my hair keeps getting caught in them. read more

Worst place . I made an appointment through their website and received a confirmation via email. Walked in for my appointment and they said I was not in the system and did I have an email! I had a wonderful experience here; super relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very attentive, on time, and friendly. A perfect way to spend a couple hours relaxing on the weekend.
