I had been here once before and had an adequate pedicure. It looked clean. I went in yesterday for a mani/pedi an hour before closing time. The woman rushed and was rough, filing my skin with the emory board. She asked if I wanted toenails cut and then picked up clippers. When she discovered they already had toenails in them (!) she began clearing them with the emory board. I asked if they sterilize the tools and she laughed. I am not making that up. And I said, 'no, seriously that has someone else's toenails in it. Don't you put it in alcohol or something?' So she got up and grabbed another set. Were those sterilized? Who knows. Then we moved on to the manicure - she was trying to file my cuticles off partially so she painfully filed my skin. Then she starts cutting cuticles and she nicked my pinky so bad that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She kept putting disinfectant on it and finally I told her to bandage it and I'd paint it myself later. On top of all that, the manicure was sub-par. I give myself a better manicure at home. When she made mistakes, instead of re-doing the nail, she'd dab a bit more polish on the one area so they are gloppy and uneven. Mostly tho, in this day of covid, they have a thermo scanner at the door, plastic shields and they wear masks but THEY DON'T STERILIZE THE TOOLS?? Is this real life? I'm hoping my finger doesn't get infected. I paid and I still tipped because I empathize with service workers but I wasn't offered an apology much less anything off the bill. Avoid the trouble. The service was absolutely amazing and the woman paid such attention to detail. The price however was ridiculous, the only option for a pedicure with a callous remover is $65 which is absurd and it's only a 10 minute massage? And then the sns that I got looked absolutely beautiful but here I am 5 days later and 4 out of 10 nails are chipped/broken. I don't know if it was just bad luck or something but I certainly can't justify paying $112 dollars for only a 10 minute foot massage and nails that are going to chip within the first week. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the women are very nice but I don't know if it's the area that charge so much but either way, it ain't that nice for those prices. read more

What a find! This salon is so nice- new and clean with nice amenities, including great massage chairs for Pedicures and even cell phone stands At the drying stations. I was there in a bit of a time crunch And told them I needed to get a manicure and pedicure and walk out the door within 45 minutes And they did it. I had my nails done on 3/5/22. 1 day after having my gel mani/pedi I noticed the nail on my index finger on my left hand had already begun to chip. I went back and the salon repolished that nail. While vacationing in Miami another nail began to chip 3 days later. It's now 2 weeks later and the gel polish is wearing away or chipping on all the nails except the repaired index finger. This has been the only salon that I've used since 2018 when I broke my ankle. I get my nails done on special occasions so I'm not regular but loyal to this location. On previous visits, I found the service better and the owner's friendlier; but not this time. Applying the least amount of product can produce the poor quality reflected in my nails and polish patchiness in my pedicure. I paid $100 and a tip for each person who serviced me. I expected better of Glori's since they are slightly higher than some of the surrounding nail salons. So this post is a Buyer Beware; notice how many coats are being applied, or the neatness of their work. I didn't wear my glasses that day and when I got home I noticed white polish on the skin of my fingers from the french manicure that should have been corrected before I left the salon. Loved the outcome for my pedicure. Was on a spontaneous trip with close friends and happened to pass by and saw a sign that said this salon was under new management. The interior was very well designed making it seem comfy/luxury. Very cool hands off machine that takes my temperature. There were dividers between the technician and I. Staff were very friendly and constantly kept in check with me. I might have to drive 45 minutes here every two weeks! read more

I purposely called ahead of time to secure an appointment with the person who I wanted to do my nails. I arrived and was sat down for a pedicure with somebody else and figured it was because the person who I scheduled the appointment with was finishing with another client. No problem at all. My pedicure was very messy. Even after trying to address it- it got worse with a couple of layers slapped on top. I eventually gave up and accepted the streaked polish. She then tried to help soak off my current polish and snagged me with the tool that she had on way too high. She nicked her self with it before she decided to turn down the pressure. Again, no problem- mistakes happen. I then go to get my SNS completed and was sat down with another technician who again is not the person I had the appointment with. She took a walk-in instead. The person who did my nails clearly had no or limited experience with SNS as she was asking several questions from her peers. I asked for a certain style which she forgot about. All in all, I walked away with a different style than what I intended- and the manager knew about it and didn't address. In addition, they did not let my nails fully dry and now I have impression marks on several nails. Lastly, they are extremely thick and uneven. Not worth the price- very disappointed service and outcome. read more
