I was treating myself to a little TLC pedicure, I chose a Spa pedicure for $38.00 which in the description said a 10 minute massage or deep callus remover. The tech asked if I wanted the massage and I replied that I did- The entire pedicure lasted 18 minutes. I requested a basic manicure which was completed with the same inattentive speed. I was also charged a $10.00 upcharge for the pedicure ( I was told for the massage). $60.00 total for 27 minutes for a Spa pedicure and basic manicure. Extremely disappointing.... read more

I have been coming here for 2 years and the lovely ladies are so friendly and great. They always accommodate me when I walk-in. The manicures and pedicures are on point. I moved to Florida about a month and a half ago got a gel manicure which left my nails fragile but came here and Ana gave me much needed TLC. They did a horrible job on my daughter's nails , she got acrylic tips . The next day two of them were already falling off , they didn't apply the acrylic correctly and they charged me $85 dollars . I went the next day to show it to them, they accepted they didn't look good and said sorry but didn't even offered me a partial refund or a full refund . I had to take my daughter somewhere else to get her nails done all over again . Never again!! read more

This nail salon is the WORST!! I went to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. First off the salon is so small and they have literally like just 10 choices for gel colors. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice but she didn't know what she was doing. She was confused. My gel mani with the first color was terrible, the owner who did it (while I was sitting getting my pedicure done) was rushing and didn't do a bad job but the color just came out really light. I then later asked if I can change the color and they said with no additional charge which was great but a different lady did it and it came out even worse. She didn't take off my first gel color and decided to put the second color on top of that coat. One of her lights wasn't also working and got mad at me for it not working. When she finished she didn't even spray alcohol on my nails or do the last steps and literally finished. I was so disappointed. Well not be going back for sure. read more
