I started off the project like most, reading reviews from completed projects and selecting 3 companies to bid on my project. My basement was completely unfinished, and the project included relocating the laundry to the basement, adding a powder room, and an open concept for kids playroom and theater projector. I did not have any existing rough in for plumbing. After getting bids from 3 highly reviewed companies we selected ADAS to complete our basement project and both my wife and I are VERY happy with the end result. The workmanship is excellent and communication was always prompt and clear through the entire process - Adam and his crew did a fantastic job. We agreed on a project price which was very transparent for the work to be performed and the only changes from that were additions made after (added a brick wall and changed the location of the laundry room). I have a few additional projects that I'm looking to get done in the future and will definitely have Adam and his team back. Adam performed a bathroom renovation for my wife and I recently, and he did a fantastic job. He pulled out the prefab bath tub and completely tiled a standing shower with a rain shower faucet. He also removed the tile flooring and replaced it with luxury vinyl, and he super- insulated the copper pipes for the sink, which had been freezing in the coldest winter days. The whole project took just under 2 weeks, he was respectful of our privacy, and all around the consummate professional. Finally, he did it at a good price. A few other contractors offered a slightly lower price, but they all wanted to change things here and there with the scope of work. Adam was recommended to me by a family member who had used his company for a bathroom remodel. After seeing the beautiful work done, I decided to ask him to do a bathroom remodel a new home I just purchased with an upstairs bathroom hat hadn't been touched since the 1980's. The result was well with the cost, Adam recommended a full renovation and had perfect suggestions as to what could be done to update and upgrade. We got quotes from many different companies and the thing that stood out to me the most about Adam was that he actually LISTENED to everything I was saying. I wanted to create a home theater along with a main living area and storage in our basement. Adam and his team did a great job on our basement! His two-person team did the full carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and flooring. The only thing he subcontracted was drywall, painting, and some carpentry which all look very good as well. Adam and a subcontractor was also kind enough to move exercise equipment from a second story loft to the basement. He was open to making some changes when things came up like adding a cable port and additional electrical switches. Extras were inline with expected costs. Adam also replaced our old hot water heater at a fair price when it gave out while he was working on the basement.
