If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I have been seeing Dori consistently for a year now. I was willing to drive the extra miles to continue to see her. However, when I showed up for an appointment that I thought was at 1:30, the treatment I got from what I take is the owner was beyond horrific. I called the shop several times on my way to my appointment, with no answer. The excuse I got was that they were busy with clients. If this were true who was my nail tech busy with? My appointment was supposedly at 1pm. When I was speaking to my nail tech, who my appointment is with and my money is going to. (Yes, I was charged for my appointment for the 'no-show fee'.) This lady decided to chime in with a horrible attitude. When I was trying to explain that my tardiness was completely an accident and that I work nights as a nurse. I was told that I was a "narcissistic piece of shit," and to "go fuck myself." I can say that I have never been treated with such disrespect. I promise that I will never go back. Dori, you are wasting your talents with such a toxic place of employment. To the whomever decided to disrespect me today, I really suggest you figure out how to buy some class and feel really good about yourself and the way you treat PAYING clients. read more

This was my first time at Addicted to Nails. I have to say it was a breath of fresh air to meet the staff. They displayed vibrant, welcoming and professional personalities. I sought them out because I needed to get away from local businesses that didn't speak english and were often offended if I had an issue with my nails. Not only that, they were using improper processes that scarred and damaged the nail and skin. Addicted to Nails not only speak English but they know the art of nails and they understand how to care for the delicate structures, taking care to take nails off properly ensuring that your actual nail is cared for. They have your best interest at heart and do what they can to keep their customers happy. I had the privilege of meeting several of their customers. One common theme between them is that they all had huge smiles and were excited about their nail tech and truly anticipated their next sitting with them. Save your money don't let there reviews from there friends and family fool you they are over priced and under experienced they do not clean there tools and I'm not sure where they get there photos from because they can't even master a simple nail color (children paint better ) these nail techs do not know what they are doing they rip off there customers. My experience like many others was horrific the appointment lasted 4 hours I asked for a simple ombré design and full set 3 hrs in ( and I'm not joking it took 3 hrs) and 6 coats later her removing and re applying and removing again nail polish while in the process disfiguring my set because she was filing then applying acetone on the full set she applied and still no ombré so I told her just paint it red I was scheduled for a full set and pedi but I told her I did not want the pedi because after seeing how she did on my nails I did not want her near my toes but she insisted anyway grabbed my hand and sat me in the chair (which is held up on a box ridiculous) I told her again no I do not want a pedi and she's like I'm just gonna match the color she "removed" the dead skin by using a harsh nail filer (not to mention they don't have water to soak your feet in either) when I came home I had nail polish around my toes on them not to mention nail polish on my hands around my fingers (the messiest pedicure and full set I have ever had ) my nails were not filed evenly (They were Crooked!) the full set was disfigured and I had to remove all the nail polish and reapply it myself also I had to go to another nail place to fix the full set I paid $110 to have to go home and do my own nails and spend more money for someone else to fix there horrible job SAVE YOUR MONEY ! I also reached out to the manager before writing about my experience because I normally do not write reviews and wanted her to address the issue to my surprise they scheduled me for a follow up appointment without my consent and since apparently I missed an appointment I didn't know I had she said there is nothing she could do with that being said they are a shady business did I mention they try to charge for cancellations even if you didn't set the appointment and they did.
