After my first, I've been perusing what would be the best style for my second (I really wanted to get a tattoo dedicated to my cat, Matcha). I instantly fell in love and as fate has it, there was an inspo photo of an omamori with jiji (from kiki's) and cherry blossoms that hit my instagram. Instantly, I knew that this is the style I would like so I messaged Yeonnie and she responded quick. She will do the sketch a day before your appointment (you'll get a cute sketch by midday) and you can request any changes. I absolutely adored the edition of my cartooni-fied cat. Now that I have it on my upper left arm, I am so happy to have a few of the things I personally love forever on my body. Thank you :) I definitely would recommend her. I had pondered a particular design for over 10 years. I happened to meet someone who had multiple tats showing on the subway and asked her out of the clear blue for her opinion. Well it must have been Good Karma. (Not Chappell Roan's Good Karma) Turns out Nicole is a tattoo artist and gave me a better idea for what I had been contemplating. Nicole gave me her card and we exchanged emails going over what came to be my final design. This put me over the edge and decided to pop my tattoo cherry. I booked my appointment with her. She took great care when doing my ink explaining everything as we went through the process. I really didn't find it hurting as other people have said to me when they got theirs. Kudos to Nicole if that's unusual for the process to not hurt. I am absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out! No doubt I would recommend Nicole for any artwork. She is truly amazing!

I told both the piercer and manager upfront that I'm allergic to stainless steel and titanium. I was specifically assured that the bar, the part that actually goes through the ear, was solid 14 karat gold. It wasn't. It was stainless steel. I was also told the back was a screw back, but it was just a pop back. Weeks later, when my piercing wasn't healing, I had it removed and that's when I discovered the truth. For someone with metal allergies, this is a serious and potentially harmful. As for the manager -- he was rude when we walked in, didn't say hello and just asked if I had an appointment, but that paled in comparison to how he treated a grandmother who had come in excited to wait for her daughter and granddaughter for the little girl's very first ear piercing. He was really rude to her, and that's not okay. That's a memory-making moment for a family, and she deserved so much better than that.
