And, after I was expecting an "after the holidays...". John was able to have someone here THE SAME DAY to give a free estimate...and from my description he thought they would be able to do the job right then. So my inquiry call became a job completed! A dreaded chore was gone in just a few hours...without any effort or stress for me. When the warm weather returns...and the cleaning/clearing out mood bites...I will only call Couser. Everyone I had contact with was efficient, courteous and helpful. And their rates are good, too. Everything is explained up front and followed with a text/email, so no surprises. Rob and Tevin called first and arrived as expected. After I agreed to their estimate, they removed that junk. When my job was completed, they contacted the office, then Bishop called me to be sure I was satisfied with the work, and then I paid with credit card over that call. They send a text and email each step of the way, so you know what's happening and I received an emailed receipt right away after my payment.. Now I can't prove anything but something came up missing from my home I didn't know until my son told me a couple days later and Mr.Robert was the only one in the house for the free estimate they offer. Once again I can't prove anything. He also offered me a deal saying he could do the job for half the estimate if I paid cash and he would cancel me with the office and that should stay between me and him. I turned it down because that's stealing trying to be a better person and something still came up missing from my home.

Through Yelp, Metavision LLC was a company that promptly inquired about our situation and offered to come and give a free estimate. The gentleman I spoke with, Brian, was very knowledgeable and professional. He came and assessed the situation and assured they would be able to resolve our leak issues. He had to check his schedule and let me know when they would be able to come for the repair. Communication was consistent by phone or text and they were able to come within 3 days. I received the invoice for the work and the amount was reasonably priced compared to the average price for the work we needed done. The day of the replacement, we were in communication before arrival, during service, and after the work was done. Brian was actually very respectful and personable. He was able to answer any questions we had and offered to assist us further if any more problems occurred. I am happy we chose this business for our repair. They are new to Yelp with not a lot of reviews but have been doing business for over a decade. Black Owned Business too, which I am glad to see as this isn't as common in this industry. I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need any exterior plumbing repairs!

First time ever hiring from ThumbTack and it has been a terrible experience…read more We signed a contract with Alex to have our yard leveled, a retainer wall put in, we had a stumps that needed to be removed and he said he could also take care of that. My fiancé paid additional money aside from the contract for a tree to be removed. The project was to be completed in 3 days- They advertise having a team of 7, so this seemed possible. I ordered Retaining wall cinder blocks, which arrived a day later than expected. This began the nightmare of our yard work. Alex arrived to work at 2pm or later for the days he came to work, and was gone by 5pm, 6pm at the latest. One of the days, Alex arrived at almost 9pm to work, he was in the yard about 30 minites and left. He arrived each day with his fiancée who did little to nothing to help. The fiancée stayed in the truck, or walked around recording Alex while he worked. Our project took almost a week to be "Finished." Upon "completion," we were absolutely not satisfied. The most noticeable issue being that the yard was not level. As we took in what we were being left with, we realized that the retaining wall was not stable. The Cinder Blocks were stacked without rebar, or cement, and the notches on the back of each block were not placed properly, so the entire "wall," is not safe. The wall was also only partly set up. It should have made an L shape, and instead it made a straight line, leaving a portion of hill exposed and able to fall forward. Alex claims that he has delivered exactly what he agreed to. He called us ungrateful, and has since stopped contact. We are now left with thousands of dollars of work to do on our yard. Thousands to fix what he started and didn't complete, and thousands to fix the "wall," which is basically just a line of Cinder Blocks that are stacked in a line. He may be great with plumbing, but for anything to do with a yard, buyer beware!

When we discovered asbestos during our renovation, I spoke with several companies and received multiple quotes. From my very first conversation with James, I had a level of trust and comfort that I didn't feel with anyone else. He was knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and genuinely cared about helping our family navigate a stressful situation. On top of all that, CCR's pricing was significantly better than many of the other companies I spoke with, all while delivering exceptional workmanship and service. Given the stress of the situation, I naturally had a lot of questions. James welcomed every single one. He was always patient, professional, and generous with his time, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. He consistently went above and beyond, even performing additional inspections and providing extra services at no charge simply to give us peace of mind. Most importantly, the quality of CCR's work was exceptional. The team was meticulous, professional, and took tremendous pride in what they do. They successfully passed aggressive TEM clearance testing on the first try after a large-scale drywall removal project, and even our hygienist commented on how spotless the house was when he walked in. That level of workmanship and attention to detail gave our family tremendous confidence that the job was done right. What could have been one of the most stressful parts of our renovation became one of the easiest. It never felt like we were simply hiring a contractor-- it felt like we had a trusted partner helping us navigate a difficult situation and ensuring our home was safe for our family. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend CCR without hesitation.

We live in a small-ish, older house in Towson MD and needed a kitchen remodel that would give us the best use of space possible without building additions. Dave's design worked out perfectly - moved our dining room wall over, removed most of the wall, and built a beautiful archway as a transition between the rooms. And our new cabinets utilize every inch of available space. He and his team are responsive, professional, and surprisingly affordable for the quality of workmanship. My husband is VERY particular about construction, carpentry and finish work, and he refuses to work with any other contractor. Many of our friends have commented on how beautiful it turned out and asked for the number for our contractor.
