Been wanting to try this place since they opened and we finally did. Here's what we got: Spicy bbq wings: these were okay. Not the best quality and it was just okay. I wouldn't get these again. 2 out of 5 Smashburger: VERY messy. I thought it was okay. 3out of 5 Masala fries: We all enjoyed these. Crispy and flavorful 4 out of 5 Beef ribs: This was pretty good. Fell right off the bone and the flavor was good. 4 out of 5 Brisket Quesadillas: I enjoyed this. The flavor was good. 4 out of 5 The service was fine. But the restaurant itself needs some cleaning. It was pretty pricey for just okay service, quality of food, cleanliness and flavor. read more

Place was empty. Some of the tables were dirty and dishes piled into of the garbage can. I stopped in while I waited for my laundry. Menu board was not working. For BBQ it seemed really expensive. I opted for the smash burger. It was fine. The A/C was not on and the restaurant was super hot. Making uncomfortable to sit and eat in. Will I go back? Probably not. read more

Biggest issue was with DoorDash so I won't address that here (we don't get the drinks we ordered) but the Smashburgers were incomplete with no onions. The fries were really good. I'll try again with pickup and hopefully it gets better. read more

FOOD/DRINK: 5/5 SERVICE: 5/5 EXPERIENCE: 5/5 I've slowly been hearing about Addy's Barbeque from word of mouth and also seeing it near my pharmacy. We decided to check it out one day when my husband got off work late as they are open until 10 (a rarity in Loudoun County!). We went into it blind as they don't have a menu up online yet. You order at the counter and pick your seat afterwards. The cashier was enthusiastic, nice, and offered some recommendations. I even asked if certain things were spicy and he clarified things with us. I ended up ordering the Addy's Amarillo House Burger, while my husband ordered the Brisket and Beef Bacon Sandwich. It was an additional $3.99 to add a drink and fries, so we both opted for that. We both grabbed Palestine sodas as our drinks. Addy's Amarillo House Burger - the burger was perfectly charred and juicy, while being covered in a mushroom sauce. I would have preferred a slight more toasting on the bun but otherwise, it was great. Brisket and Beef Bacon Sandwich - my husband said it was really good and balanced. The only note he had was that it was messy. Fries - the fries were light and crisp with a pepper taste that complimented the sandwiches. a very solid option. Palestine sodas - I got the orange one and it was really great, not too sweet. Overall, we would definitely return. They said they were going to be open even later - midnight - when they do their grand opening at the end of the month. The only thing I would change is the serving dish. While it looks nice, it doesn't really work since the sandwiches are a bit messy. They are a little too small. I would also suggest getting a website where customers can order ahead. I love all of the flavorful seasonings here! We ordered the masala ribs and fries and the chicken misaki. Both are very large portions and the meat was soft and seasoned really well! The service was amazing. The food came late just because of low staff. The thing that I felt it was a problem was that the menu needed more updates. Like I know that this restaurant is Halal but just mentioning one item Halal doesn't make sense. Either remove that and put a Halal sign on top or add for every one of the items. We never actually got to try the food. After incorrectly assuming we should order at the counter we were asked to grab menus and sit at a table. Then the guy never came over. He was much too busy playing on his phone behind the counter. When we left he was outside talking to a girl at her car and the kitchen was ringing a bell expecting him to deliver some food. I visited on 3/15/26, the food I ordered was Spicy BBQ Wings, terrific , I ordered the Brisket Quasdillas terrific & the Smoked Beef Ribs...very tender, fall off the bone, but extremely Greasy ‍...watch ur cholesterol with this entree. Our server was terrific , but he refused to be tipped ‍ shocking to us. The Dining area was clean, Nooo...Rodents or Cockroaches seen ...but the Dining Area was small only having 14 tables to eat in ‍...this is a perfect spot for pick up orders. It stays crowded...I would've given this place 5 stars if it had more seats to eat in...‍...it's only been in Business 8 months, so overcrowding is a good problem for ownership I would definitely visit again if I'm in the Northern Virginia Area. read more

The restaurant was fine. I think pitching it as BBQ is really a misnomer. The food we God was good, but there was almost no BBQ, it was all beef chicken particularly with masala or spices that aren't traditional BBQ. I also found everything was spicy in some way, even when asking to not have spice on it. I think it's probably good if you know what you're getting into, but as a BBQ place its pretty lacking. read more

What frustrates me most about restaurants is when you order takeout, wait patiently, and then watch your food get packed, left sitting there, while staff move on to serve dine-in customers and fulfill orders that came after yours. That's exactly what happened here -- and when I finally asked about my order, it turned out the bag that had been sitting there all along was mine. I can't stand getting cold food, and that's what I ended up with. The Smash Burger was paper-thin, tiny, and definitely not worth it -- even if it had been warm. I asked for extra pickles and got none. The veggies were low quality, and the fries were cold with hardened cheese. Maybe the sauce and meat could've been good if served hot, but I'll never know. Their "mango addy" drink was bland, with almost no mango flavor, and the barbecue sauce tasted like a store-bought brand. Doubt they're making anything in house. Overall, disappointing food and service. Had high hopes from the social media videos but the hype was disappointing. read more

YUM!!! Their brisket is so good!!! I got the brisket cheesesteak and it's huge! You eat it with a fork and knife! My hubby generally doesn't like Cole slaw in restaurants but he liked theirs. It was very light, not a bunch of spices in it. He ordered the brisket burnt ends and loved it! The young man at the counter was so friendly! We will definitely back! read more

The food in Ashburn is growing better by the month. When I first moved here we had Dominos, KFC, and Subway. Now, many years later we have choices of varying cuisine by owners who care. I would like to highlight Addy's. Addy's is the place you initially go to on a Saturday night for a taste of bbq. But wait, I might just go Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and maybe all week. This place is past delicious. I use disguises to go in now. Think CIA cuisine spy. Anyway, the food is brilliant. Mac and Cheese oh lord how cheesy and creamy. It's like I was a Mac and cheese virgin and I finally found love. The wings, multiple flavors and you might just tell your partner you didn't buy any then go in the bathroom and eat all of them. I was excited to see a BBQ place in Broadlands, but this is not a good one. I got the rib sandwich- it was so fatty and had some pieces that were so chewy I couldn't eat half of it. My son got a smash burger and asked for no lettuce. It was supposed to have a sauce, picked and onions- it had one small slice of tomato and one pickle slice. Was looking for some BBQ in Loudoun County, and decided to give this place a try! I've never had halal BBQ before, but their brisket and beef bacon sandwich was very flavorful and had great texture. The restaurant had a very cozy ambiance, complimented by the motorcycle parked near the front window, belonging to the owner. Speaking of which, he was a very nice man with a clear passion for food. Ms. Angie at the host stand was so sweet and welcoming as always, and I also have to mention Gaby, who is usually at the bar and is always so friendly and wonderful every time we visit. The food was incredible, especially the wings! They were SO good! Fresh, flavorful, and definitely a must-try. Thank you to the entire staff for always making us feel so appreciated and cared for. Mine had the fried egg on it and my wife's had BBQ sauce. The burgers were wonderful. Very tasty. Possibly the best smash burgers in Loudoun County. As the evening progressed, more people came in for dinner. The place has an industrial type vibe with exposed ceilings and concrete flooring. We were seated and greeted shortly after we entered. A server came along to ask us what we wanted to drink. I had a lemonade while my husband had a Coors Light. We decided to forego an appetizer after reading the descriptions and seeing that they were meant to feed more than two people. For dinner, I ordered the "Grilled Atlantic Salmon" which consists of: "grilled 8 oz. Atlantic Salmon Filet w Tamari Bourbon Glaze & your choice of side". For my side I chose "cheddar grits". My husband chose the "Shrimp and Grits which consists of: "8 Jumbo Shrimp and House Bacon sauteed w Onions & Garlic in Creole Sauce. Plated over creamy Cheddar Grits & topped w Green Onion". As for the food---I found that the salmon was properly prepared with a pink center. The tamari bourbon glaze was a nice accompaniment as it added a touch of sweetness to the dish. I wasn't impressed with the cheddar grits as I found them to be too dense with little to no flavoring. The melted cheddar cheese helped some to add flavor but I would skip ordering this side again. My husband thought that his grits were also too dense with little flavor. The sauce portion was stingy and he used it to dip his shrimp in it. He did appreciate that the shrimp were served with the tails removed and were properly cooked. Taking inflation into consideration, this dinner was reasonably priced at $58 + change before the tip. Service was good as more than one server checked on us to see if all was well. We would consider going again and perhaps trying their burgers and sandwiches.

Basically, there are a lot of different items that you may not expect to be on the same menu. But I would say that is a part of the charm of this pub. Several beers are on tap for one's pleasure. I ordered the shrimp and grits. What a generous portion very flavorful and filling. I liked the charm and atmosphere of this place. I would definitely visit here again.
