I called Quality Cabs and he said he would be there to pick me no matter how late. He drove me around for the 2 days I was in Albany for work travel. The most direct route from my house to the airport is 7.4 miles the route he took was over 11 miles and he charged me $32 . Never mind the smell in his cab OMG. I cannot and will not take that away from her. She is a sweet lady and very personable. I have to remember this is a small town, so I can't expect tracking technology from someone operating as a single entity. She only accepts cash, but in these scamming times, I do not blame her. The fact that she cares enough to be the only cab service in town is good enough for me. She is making an honest living, and helping people get around, one person at a time.
