A whole day nightmare to get what they offer and can't do. Trying to sell me a Toyota Camry 2012. It wasn't bad at all, but had a big dent in the drivers doors side, plus was scratched in the passenger side. I need the car to work with UBER, no crashed car is allowed for them. The sales agent said they were going to fix it. The owner neglected, so they got me another Camry 2012. Had the battery drained, so the car begin blinking the pannel. They bring it to the mechanic. He said it was because they change the battery, they will get me a new one. In the mean time I gave them 1,000.00 and first of all, when we begin the transaction, he said I need to pay 800.00 of taxes extra, due in two payments, in 45 days. The tires were flat, so the sales agent (Giovanni), offer me tires somewhere. I begin the transaction with the insurance, but got a weird feeling. The insurance lady made a mistake in the transaction so the insurance situation got me stock. Without insurance, I wasn't able to get the car out. A nice lady, Janet, offered.me to take the 800 down to 500 (solutions are happening), and take also 200.00 from my Down payment to pay the insurance and later I will get back, when the money get cleared back in my account and pay them. But they need a card to put the money on to make the payment. They got the two hundred a gave the money to my friend (BFF, God send with me), and said to her to go to Walmart and get a card and put the money there and ask me for the money to buy the card. She replied: Where's a Walmart around here?Salesman said: That's is why you got GPS, search for it. When I saw the way he talk to her( she was with me from 10 to 4), I said to myself, last red FLAG... Let's run! Janet gave me the money back and I left. Also the sales agent, offered us pizza for lunch, we accepted and the cashier guy grab the pizzas away because they were from the financial department. Wow! I was expending 9,000 there! Came with the worse credit anyone can have with the necessary of a vehicle, the satff went above and beyond to get me approved and they executed.Thanks to them I now have a vehicle and a new start. Don't buy a car from them. Most of them have issues. We test drove a chevy tahoe that had the oil gauge flipping out. So then we decided on the ford flex. We had some major family emergencies. So 3 days after what would have been our second payment due date. They took the car. So i called the next day. How much do we have to pay. They told me. i asked how long do i have to pay it. I don't know. So i ended up emailing them a few days ago. No response. Someone was suppose to email me back. Never heard anything. So i end up using a calling app and call them. The 10th day was this last sunday. If they had responded to me when they were suppose to i could have gotten my car back. They knew what they were doing. They won't give us back our down payment. Minus the repo fees minus the one month payment and three days into the next months payment. They are crooks stay away from them. I am in the process of getting a lawyer. read more

I repair the brakes of my car in this car dealer. The brakes failed twice after the repairing. I called them by the guarantee, and the answer was they can't offer me a guarantee for a job that was 2 month ago. The lady who attended the phone (the owner) was so rude, then she put on the phone the mechanic and he avoided my question and was rude as well. These people didn't take the responsibility about the jobs that they did. I don't recomend this place for nothing (cars or mechanical issues) because they don't know how treat customers. read more

This is the worst dealer ship I have ever dealt with stay away! We told them our max amount after wheeling and dealing on a price! Ended up agreeing on 19000 (not Including tags and tax's which we originally agreed on 18500 so we could cover them out of pocket) then they tried to tell us that there was a dealer fee of $995 (because there in a strip of the city that dings them which is complete bull that you have to charge almost 1000 on every car to cover)that they didn't know about but there manager just told them! We told them that we wouldn't budge past $19000! So they finally agreed! We already were pre approved with AA credit union and had a three way call set up with the credit union to give them all the info they wanted regarding payment! After we dealt all with that the financial advisor (who was a complete a hole and not worth the time of day) tells us that they can't do it that way! Complete waste of time obviously issues with the car, (after seeing multiple red flags) your better buy off craigslist then from this place! They are scam artist. They sell cars that have major problems with them. They sold a vehicle to us that had a faulty drive shaft. We paid off the car in 3 months and it is worthless. The axle broke on the car as a result. They sold us a death trap. They are scam artist. They allowed me to sign all of the paperwork for my son who lived out of town.....FRAUDLANT COMPANY.... Worst experience ever i ended up disputing the charge for the car, they breached a verbal contract we had which was to fix the exhaust leak, and spark plugs, I told them if they don't give me my money back i would dispute it, so i basically got a free car over some simple fixes thanks! read more

Don't ever get a car here EVER!!! I got a 2015 lancer. They didn't offer me to test drive it not even to turn it on. They sales manager that we dealt with got the car AND parked it right in front told me the car is mines then he said $1,500 down payment then to pay $500 for tax and all that extra stuff made no Sense. So then we fought for that part all we did was down payment of 1,500 that's all took the car then a week later car was giving me issues took it to the main dealer ship and they told me $7000 to repair the car. Called the dealership Adelsa and they were really rude didn't want to help told me they can't do nothing I talked to three managers they said they were going to call me back. Sales manager that sold us the car named Jesse acted like he didn't know us and ignored our calls and text. Also Jason the finance manager told us he was going to help us and call us back but then I got tired of waiting three weeks trying to get my car fixed after talking to Jason two days later I went in person cause I wasn't getting no calls back they told us Jason was fired. Now we deal with jovan who is fucking rude doesn't know what he is doing call the bank cause he said he can't do nothing with the car and he can't transfer us to another car so we put the bank on speaker and they said they were able to but it's up to them if they want to and then the manager said no he doesn't want to. So that was a whole argument there. That place is rude plus they didn't want to give us the receipt when the fixed the car. He had the wrong receipt and I told him it was wrong and he argued with me till the machine came and even said him self that's not the correct receipt so that manager didn't even apologize for being wrong or nothing. read more
