They did upsell more recommend services like coolant and tire alignment, but that would have jumped to over 700. I just stuck with the basic routine. I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B

You go down to the dealership to see the car and the car has "been sold". Two days later, you see the car still listed on the website as available. Your daughter messages them from a different phone number and asks if it's still available. They say it is and tell you to come on down today to see the car. You say ok, please send a video or pics of the interior and I will come today. They then say the car is being "reconditioned" and won't be ready to show until Wednesday. This happened twice on the same car with two different salespeople and same vin number. Don't waste your time.

Then, we had the idea that we needed to replace that car (which was still in good shape). We saw a number of great prices on what we wanted, but each time, we saw reviews saying that there were hidden fees. Then we remembered Holler. No hidden fees. No haggling. No arm-twisting. And good prices. So, last week, we bought another used car from them. Same open, patient treatment. They didn't offer the greatest price on the trade-in, so we went elsewhere for that. But Holler gave us a good deal, and they've really earned our confidence.

However, this is the fact: she was highly encouraged to go ahead and sign paperwork to hold the car until her funds could come through on Monday 8/3 but never put any money down and trusted this dealer with the information. Not being able to come in until Tuesday 8/4 due to circumstances beyond her control, they actually told her that she lost her credit for the $941.oo! Are we missing something here? She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. You needed to do the right thing and honor my friend with the $941 credit as she would not have ever been there WITHOUT ME PRAISING YOUR CAR DEALERSHIP THOUGH IT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT MANAGER LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT MY OWN VEHICLE. Written with facts without emotional slandering. Thank you.

Now as far as maintenance... well that's another story. Came here sometime last year to get my oil changed and I waited 3 hours!! before I asked for an update. The lady that was my service advisor was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for an update. Literally have no idea why she was so rude, it was a genuine concern why it took 3 hours for my oil to be changed. I come today to get an oil changed and before I had handed over my car, I mentioned that my Washer Fluid light kept coming on and even after filling it up, it would turn off and than a few minutes later it would turn back on. The guy helping me was...not sure how to describe it but mumbling much of the time and it was very hard to hear/ understand him. I waited AGAIN 3 hours and asked for an update. This guy was vey hard to understand and he mentioned how my Coolant tank was completely empty and I had no coolant, don't know much about cars, but I do know that couldn't have been possible (the fact that I had no coolant) because my car would have overheard on the drive over (a good 30 minutes from my house). I went back and forth with him asking questions and could hardly get any proper information out of him. In the end the technician that was working on my car, pulled me into the back and "showed me" what he did. Basically saying he checked my coolant for any leaks, and said I had none. And that he filled my tank up. He also stated that my washer fluid tank had fluid in it. I then proceeded to explain my coolant was never "leaking" from my knowledge but I had thought it was my washer fluid. As the light kept turning on and there would be nothing in the tank. Not sure if they really weren't understanding what I was saying, or they were just avoiding the issue but I had to leave for school. 5 minutes down the road my washer fluid light turned on again :/

One of them is Ismarely Justiniano.Another is Morgan Allen.Another is Scott -- not even officially a service advisor yet, but trying to help.Another is Sal Sardisco -- the manager in service. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. They made it feel like someone actually cared. That is the true value of a luxury brand. And if that culture ever disappears, customers notice it immediately. I am still a Lexus owner. And I'm still proud to be one. But Lexus should never forget: People build brands -- not buildings- maybe snacks- haha

Misrepresentation of Sales Terms, Failure to Honor Agreement, and Unprofessional Conduct…read more I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a recent vehicle purchase from VIP Auto Enterprise , located in Orlando, Florida due to concerns involving misrepresentation of agreed sales terms, refusal to honor commitments made during the purchase process, and unprofessional handling of my attempts to resolve the matter. Prior to completing the purchase, I was fully transparent with the salesperson about my financial circumstances, including the amount I could afford for my down payment and the specific timeline for when I would be able to pay for the vehicle's permanent tag and registration fees. I clearly communicated that I would not be able to pay for the tag until approximately mid-February. The salesperson assured me that this would not be a problem and specifically stated that if necessary, the dealership would provide and honor a second 30-day temporary tag (not exceeding 60 days total) to allow sufficient time for me to meet the agreed payment timeline. I relied on these assurances when deciding to proceed with the purchase. As the expiration of the initial temporary tag approached, the dealership's management informed me that they would not honor the additional temporary tag as previously promised. They also refused to process the tag paperwork unless I immediately paid the tag and new plate fees, despite my prior disclosure of the payment timeline and the agreement made during the sale. As a result, my vehicle is now illegal to operate, creating significant hardship due to the dealership's failure to uphold the terms presented at the time of purchase. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly. When I contacted the salesperson via text message and phone calls, my communications were avoided, and I was redirected to the dealership's title clerk. When I spoke with the title clerk, she was dismissive and did not allow me to fully explain the agreement made during the sale. She stated that she would not honor the arrangement because "that is not how they do business," when asked to speak with her manager she advised he was not present also refusing to give me his name expressing that "I don't need to know his name" and then terminated the call abruptly. This interaction prevented any meaningful attempt at resolution. I believe this situation may constitute misleading or unfair sales practices, as I relied on representations made during the transaction which are now being denied.
