The PTO was mis-wired so that it would only work with the parking brake engaged (unable to tailgate spread). The PTO switch failed in the first few months, with a full load in the truck. We had to dig/shovel out 16 yards of gravel before attempted repairs. The Bibeau body is poorly welded so that the side boards won't fit right. They need to learn how to flush match two pieces of metal together before they weld them. Now sand leaks out of the side boards...wtf? The tarp assembly usually won't open unless you get out and shake it loose. It's embarrassing when you have to get out and shake the tarp on the brand new truck, never mind having to hang off the side of the truck to reach the tarp practically every time you get loaded. They don't install a "bed up" warning light...why is this simple safety device neglected? The hitch plate cuts into the spring brake cans, where eventually it will cut through the brake springs. Seems like they have never installed a hitch plate before. We have had to return the truck to have these things fixed over 5 times now and so far they have only fixed the PTO issues, but every time we have to send it back for more repairs we loose money. We paid a boat load for this truck but we can't make the payments when it is always in the shop to fix things that should have been done correctly when they first installed the dump body. It would seem that they have never installed a dump body before. REALLY POOR WORKMANSHIP. Very disappointing equipment installer.

But man oh man isn't the girl in the office something else. She's rude, and very unprofessional. Money was tight on my end and I couldn't make payment promptly. so out of spite or whatever it was that made them do it i do not know but they left my windows down in the middle of winter for 2 weeks ruining my trucks interior and allowed rodents to damage the wiring. I received no compensation for any of the damages. I get their frustrations, however their actions were unprofessional and not justified.
