My son and I ran to this store location after being delayed by a major rainstorm on our way from Miami and we made it to the store just before closing. My son was looking for a specific pair of Adidas and he was thrilled that we made it on time as we were only in town for a day. Instead of being greeted in a warm way the only male assistant in the store yells at my son, "we're closing in less than 5 minutes." Not, may I help you or welcome to Adidas! I was shocked and I said to the young man, that's poor customer service. I would have expected him to simply say, sometime like; welcome to Adidas, we're closing soon, can I help you find something? Instead on helping my son, the young man went to a female assistance and said something to her in a low voice. After that he went back to stocking the shelves. Needless to say, we didn't buy the shoes! On a positive note, the young black girl at the cashier's table was very nice and greeted us on our way out the store. read more

I know that it's the holidays and things can get hectic and busy, but I did not have a good experience checking out. There was a line to the back of the store which wasn't really too bad, it progressively moved and so that was fine. When we got to the section where it split off into two cash registers the employee checked the shoes we were going to buy and then led us to the left. Little did we know that this was the worst possible outcome. We were behind a couple who did two online orders and returned them. The cashier processed it incorrectly and had to call over a manager who then seemed confused for awhile and then finally told her how to process it. She then proceeded to do so but at an alarmingly slow rate. She seemed to finally notice us sitting there for 15 minutes or so and called over another employee. She stated that she could handle us but to get the person behind us! This did not make any sense considering we were waiting for a good 5 minutes longer, and you would think that they would have just brought us straight to the other cashier to cash out, but no. All in all, they seemed to lack common sense and common courtesy. Real crappy experience. read more

Upon checkout, I was asked by Renee if I found everything I was looking for. Not expecting anything to happen, I casually responded, "No, we could not find my Son's size on a pair of shoes that he desperately wanted." This was AFTER one of their employees on the floor said there was nothing in the back room and all sizes were on the floor. Renee then searched the computer and miraculously found the exact item we were seeking in-store! She sent Kyle to find them, which he did, and my Son was so happy. Boy, oh, boy if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! I actually made a yelp just to express my wonderful experience for everyone else. I went Friday(3/25/16). Super, SUPER busy! Right after the welcome, a women named Renee, asked me how I was doing and if she could help me find anything. I asked for women shoes & she showed me where everything was. She was willing to help. Very welcoming spirit she has. Another women with great spirit, named Anna, helped me with clothing and discounts. She was on top of everything! It just seemed as if everyone's customer service was amazing. I went to check out, lines are long, as expected. I was very surprised at how fast the lines were moving though. I began analyzing my cashier, and her technique. As I waited, I watched her help non-english speaking customers still get the best deal, help foreigners count coins for their change, and also customers who just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She was fast, but precise. It was my turn to check out, she looked up at us, smiled really big and asked how we were doing and if we found everything alright. I told her how excellent of a job she was doing. She smiled and said "aww thank you, that means a lot." Very professional, happy, and patient. This girl was a rockstar!!! I told her I would hire her in a heartbeat with customer service like that. We both jokingly laughed. I asked her how much she made with adidas & her response was something along the lines of "See, I make good money for someone my age(she's 18!!), and I have been offered higher paying jobs, but, it doesn't matter if I made what I used to, what I do now, or more, I love my job. Adidas, and the customers are stuck on me for life!" She talked highly about loving the company for many reasons. I really liked this girl. Very positive & fun. Renee, Anna, and Vanessa- amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH! From the moment i walked in , to the moment I left. I spent 300 dollars more than I anticipated, and still got a discount! Talk to these girls if you have a chance. I am sure they're managers, but still doesn't always mean they're this helpful, they brightened up my day and experience- so I hope this review does the same for them. I'll be back adidas! read more

I live in ohio & came into this outlet months ago and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We're down for the month, just doing a little sports wear shopping, after I was disappointed with Nike- I figured what can I lose? I go into Adidas, Saturday the 13th, I was greeted with a big smile and "How are you?" I honestly felt welcomed. The deals were awesome!!! I bought 2 pair of shoes for my daughter for less than 20 dollars- WHAT? I know! It began getting crazy- and I found no staff on the floor except a young man by the shoes- who was helping others. The line was long, which was where the young women who greeted me was. I kindly asked her if she could open a fitting room for me. She looked around for someone to help, noticed no one could, finished the transaction, and asked the next person in line if they would wait a minute to open the doors. I ended up buying way more than expected! The line was never ending really! this girl at the register kept the line going in the most composed way I've ever seen. People coming up asking never ending questions, while ringing others up. The person in front of me was sort of rude to her, but once I came in line, she gave me a big smile, and asked if I found everything alright. I have no idea if she is already a manager, but it seems as so since she was running the front floor by herself yesterday! Yikes! I should've asked for a name but the line was intimidating! A young women, with blonde hair wearing a visor, If that helps. anyways, you may ask why I posted this story, but this girl made my experience turn around. Outstanding customer dedication and service. I'll be back before my trip ends. Maybe I'll be able to speak about her to someone in the store, or be lucky enough to speak to her personally without the customer rush. Thank you for the great deals Adidas!!!
