However, I adopted a 4-week old kitten last September and she scratched it up in several areas as she launched off on her many adventures. My small dogs developed a bad habit of licking the leather, which caused the dark blue color to fade to white in certain areas and became a real eye sore. I was sure the sectional would be trashed in a short time if I didn't get it cleaned, repaired, and reconditioned. I was nervous that it was going to be very expensive and not have the results I was hoping for. Leather Medic to the rescue! They did an amazing job of repairing the scratches, touching up the fading, a thorough cleaning, and reconditioning. They have patents for their cleaning and conditioning products. It was not an easy task to say the least considering the color was really a two-toned. However, the technician was extremely professional and clearly showed he knew what he was doing and took pride in his craftsmanship. He explained how they mix the colors to match as closely as possible and not show clear signs that the damaged areas were repaired. It was a 5-hr job and it turned out better than expected. I was blown away. It was the best money spent and my sectional looks almost as if I just bought it. They are amazing and know what they are doing. It's nice to know they take pride in what they do.
