I'm a big fan of Nike, but Adidas comes a close second. This store is a nice size at the South Las Vegas Outlet. You can find shoes, clothes, bags and socks. Not all outlets carry the same items. We looked around and saw some nice stuff. However, we were just in Detroit at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlet and they had a better selection. The Adidas Outlet can be found inside the main mall area of the Las Vegas South Premium Outlet Mall. You will find it closest to the entry way to the left side facing of the New Balance store. Just walk through the doors and take a left just before entering the food court area. (+) Plenty of stock to choose from. The main purpose of my visit today was to pick up a pair of shoes, but they have a ton of athletic wear as well. There is actually a lot of square footage in this store. (+) Prices seem fairly reasonable. I picked up a pair of casual shoes for $49 plus tax! Not bad at all! (-) Employees were okay. On one hand, they were never rude, but the young lady who rang me up was definitely just going through the motions. After she completed the transaction, I said, "Have a good day" and she just kind of spaced off in a different direction and didn't say anything. It was just a bit odd. lol They have some good prices and quite a bit of selection, so I'm sure I'll be back someday. Customer service was the worst. They were not very attentive. My son needed a medium size in the track suit top and the only one in the store was on a manikin. The employee refused to sell it stating they cannot take anything off a manikin. He directed us to his manager who also refused to sell us the only medium size in the store stating, "We cannot take anything off the manikin as it is disruptive to other customers." Since when is making a sale disruptive? He also stated that they are now just a bargain store, which means what? You can't assist a paying customer? So customers don't deserve to be treated with respect? Or was your manager simply holding it for one of his friends which may I add, a whole family of his friends came in the store to give him hugs, say hi and shop SMH read more

My experience here was just ok. Not a great shoe selection in my size and no tennis shoes at all. Customer service could be better; staff was either playing around with their cellphones or chitchatting with each other. Had to interrupt a personal conversation to get help. Nothing but GREAT DEALS in here. If you can find your size get it. All sorts of specials offered. Saving $20 if you spend $120 before taxes and $50 if you spend $175 before taxes. This outlet store is staffed with awesome people. Friendly people that genuinely want to help you find what you need. I was able to get a fitting room super fast. The last time I visited the store they had a sale that included an additional 50% off of their clearance clothes and shoes. Amazing! I was able to get: 2 running shoes ($20 each), a shirt ($5) and a golf skirt ($5). Happy, Happy , Happy! If you don't see what you want in your size, just ask. They actually go to the back to look. I can't remember that last time a sales clerk went to the back to look for a size for me. It's usually just a response of everything is out. One of my favorite store at the South Las Vegas outlet. There is a good selection on clothing and shoes that are on the sale price. But the size do vary what's on sale. Adidas... you done it. YOU. DONE. IT. I came in to debate whether to give my money to you or to Nike yesterday, and hands down you won. The staff here was phenomenal! Seriously! I wanted a simple comfortable walking shoe to take on my New York trip, that's seriously all I wanted. I walked out with a pair of their Lillards, a pair of their originals, and 6 pairs of socks. Why? Because I'm a sucker for good service, that's why. We had a young buck named Ken assisting us all the way through. This kid is an all star diamond in the rough right now. Very friendly, comfortably suggestive, and attention oriented when you express you wants and needs. He seriously listened and paid acute attention to what I was requesting. He through options out and was incredibly patient through the mental mess I felt like I was throwing on his plate. Above all else, this guy maintained a level of alertness to his surroundings and the other shoppers nearby as well even through the storm I was throwing him into. I might name my first kid after him, who knows. Life is crazy sometimes, but not as crazy as his customer service was. Upon checkout I directly sought out the manager on duty to let her know and even SHE was awesome. The girl at checkout was awesome! Everybody was awesome (cue 'Everything is awesome' from The Lego Movie). Last note, HUGE Buy one Get one 50% off sale going on right now. Get in there. I've been coming here every summer and Christmas time for several years, my son likes Adidas shirts, shoes and old school sweats. It's kind of a a tradition, each summer he's with me we go to the outlet mall and get him new clothes for the upcoming school year, but Adidas is the must go to. In that time there's been a multitude of employees, I don't remember each of them, needless to say a grand variety of employees. Every time, I mean every single time without exaggerating, the employees are rude, act put upon when asked a question like "could you open the dressing room?", or "do you happen to have size xxxx in the back?", and are short, not to the point, but short like disengaged and appear to be completely uninterested in helping me give them my money. The ability for anyone or any company or any thing in general to be consistently 100% at anything is a staggering idea, nothing is 100%, yet this Adidas store has found a way to be 100% at leaving me not wanting to come back. Kudos for consistency, Adidas, I mean it's a monumental effort to be that consistently bad as it is to be good. Yesterday's visit was no exception, except for Laiza who rung us up, she was nice, though gave an excuse of being super busy and short handed when I told her about not being helped. Promote her, she's the only employee that smiled. Finding the shoe my son wanted, we found that the stock was low on the shelf and that the size he was looking for only had 1 shoe in the box. Obviously someone stole 1 shoe or it's match is the display shoe, but I'd rather they go to the back and get a fresh box rather than just assume and take the display shoe, so I asked. 3 employees were talking to each other and one was quasi helping another customer so I said "excuse me... " (explained that there was only one shoe) and asked for some help. 1 guy came hesitantly over and looked at me as if I was dumb and said in effect what's the size of the shoe? What's the size of the display shoe, then ya they're a match. At $180 retail, $129 outlet store price I expect a little more willingness to give me some attention and maybe even offer to go to the back to see if there was a size 8 1/2 in the back. Simple elementary customer service. But as soon as he said in effect ya that's the shoe dummy, while backing away, that was pretty much the end of the engagement. I said "I guess that's the end of the help?" And without a word he went back to the cash registers. Leaving my son and I sanding there with same question we had initially inquired of the guy, unanswered. I understand being under staffed or super busy, but the store wasn't crazy busy and employees had time to talk to each other, just not help not only me but the other customers who were also looking for help. I don't accept that "we're understaffed and super busy" as an excuse for poor service, when we are talking about essentially a $200 pair of shoes. If a company is so proud of their shoes to toss a $200 price tag on it they should be proud to "serve" the customer willing to shell out that kind of doe for a pair of shoes. By comparison at the Converse store, Vans store, Puma store and the Nike store the experience is always different and the shoes, though some retail as high as $200, are discounted way more, yet I've never left those stores thinking? I'll never go back. On the only upside, the store always looks great. Sad Adidas, sad poor service consistently over years of giving you money. read more

This was my first visit and I wanted to leave a review because Bob (whom, I believe is the store manager) helped out my boyfriend and I. He went above and beyond and, based on my bfs likes, brought out some shoes for my him to try that weren't out on the floor. He even found a pair for me to try and gave us some background stories on certain collabs. After I purchased, I noticed that my items didn't get the correct discount (which the majority of the reviews on here have stated) so I went back and was helped by both Kiara and Bob and they helped adjust the price even though it was an item that was misplaced. A lot of the reviews here are very negative, and I just wanted share my experience and let you know that there are very helpful people that work here. Besides that- the selection was much better for women's shoes, men's clothing, kids clothing (not much at all for women's clothing) but I'm sure this changes quite frequently. read more

Went in today and got the best deal. Most items were buy one get one 75% off. Plus, if you spent $100 you get $20 off. I bought $160 worth and it would have been about $120 after all the deals however the employee at the register told me that if I spent $100 I would meet the spending minimum for another deal. I went and found two items priced at $50 came back and my total was $160. Overall my items would've totaled out to $300 without any deals and I only paid $160. So happy I came, Nike outlets never have deals like this. read more

Very cool store located in the Las Vegas Outlet Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. Was here recently doing some Christmas shopping. They always have a good selection of shoes and the employees are very helpful. They helped me find a style and size of shoe that would be just right for my Son. My Son wanted shoes for Christmas.....found a pair I thought he'd like based on the recommendation of the sneaker head employees (they know their stuff). When he opened the present, he was ecstatic! Yes I'm a FAN, because I ALWAYS finds super awesome deals. The best deal is their buy1 get 50% off the 2nd, the entire store including clearance items. The staff is super awesome, I'm always greeted upon entering the store and the checkout lines move quickly. I always thought that the Adidas store at the outlet on Charleston had so many more choices, but I've come to realize that they don't, they just have a lot more merchandise that I don't really like as opposed to this location, I think we end up walking out with something almost every time. One of my favorite Adidas. This one is located in Premium Outlets-South. Never disappointed with a visit here. Larger store than their previous one. This store also has a wider selection in both men's & women's shoes, clothing, and head wear. What sets this Adidas from most is their deals. Almost every time I've been to this location there's some deal going on. Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, and even 20% everyone once in awhile. Always good to make a call before you head down to see what deals they got going. Never a miss for me when I'm prepared to shop. Staff at this location is extremely helpful. I want to say that the reason I bought items at the store and the reason I'm giving any stars at all is because of the excellent customer service I received from Mario and Victor. The store had a good selection of items and a variety of sizes - also star worthy. However, I really, and let me be clear, really, really, really despise stores that use bait and switch tactics to get people in the door. All throughout the store there were signs "Buy one get one 50% off". On the soccer pants display "Buy One Get One 50% Off" but then I learned that it's only on "these" soccer pants not "those" soccer pants. They had signage that said "BOGO 50% off STOREWIDE" but it wasn't the case for numerous items. How's a customer supposed to figure out which soccer pants are BOGO 50% off and which ones aren't? The answer is - it's impossible. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is bait and switch. The ONLY reason I bought anything at all was because I got $25 off my purchase of $125 or more by using Yelp. So, if you're going into this "Outlet" be aware of the signage and ask before you get to the register. I didn't want to disappoint my kids - we'd picked out several items thinking we were going to "save" only to learn that the discounts didn't apply. The guy as manager Bob said it is the company policy i have to pay the difference because the price has gone up???what?? Staff is rude, they just plain don't understand customer service. First time I went, the hangers tell you the size so I got a "large", go the register & the girl wasn't paying attention, didn't give me a bag just told me to put it my current bag from another store I was carrying, umm ok? Wasn't planning on going back but once home, the shorts were actually "xl"!! Unfortunately, I had to go back to return & went to the same spot grab the "large" & went to pay. I was the first one in the store (they had just opened) all 3 people working were hovering around the cashier talking loudly & being rude again. I just want to share a short story of my experience in going inside adidas store (South Premium Outlet) this evening. As soon as I got in, I was greeted right away by Kevin. And I have to admit that he delivers such an excellent customer service. I went browsing for some stuff in the sale items not really thinking of buying anything but since Kevin was so helpful of helping me getting my exact size I went buying after all... I want his boss to acknowledge of what an excellent job he's done and what a great asset he is to the company.
