This Lululemon outlet is a hit or miss. Like the casinos on The Strip, it's all a gamble here. First off, if you're aiming for neutral colors especially black...lower your expectations. There's not too many blacks, browns, grays, whites etc. And even if they do, it's a size zero/XXS. This outlet mostly have bright colors. Second, if you are anywhere between a size 0-2, XXS/XS or sizes 10+, you're in luck. But any sizes in between that...good luck finding anything nice. All inventory should already be placed out on the sales floor so don't bother asking the sales associates if there's anything else in the back. very disappointed in the customer service here, the staff do not have communication with each other at all. store was having a BOGO 50% deal until 1:30pm on 9/29, so we decided to get two items and check out... cashier told us that our items didn't qualify, so we can swap them out for the deal that ended since we got in line at 1:25 and it was already 1:32 by the time we were checking out. less than 10 minutes later, the same cashier who promised to honor the deal for us came up and told us we couldn't get the BOGO deal anymore, so instead we can get the $19.99 tanks and tops deal that was now going on for the rest of the day instead. we decided to check out with our original items, and when i left i still got charged full price for a top worth $55. the cashier also left the censor on the item, so my boyfriend came back to get a refund for the difference from the deal we were promised and censor removed the next day. the manager wouldn't honor what the cashier promised us (she made the mistake twice) despite having told us she could honor the BOGO (she didn't) and then the wrong promo price. if i ever come back i will have to triple check prices and censors before paying for my items. read more

A LULULEMON OUTLET IN LAS VEGAS PREMIUM OUTLETS!! If you're a huge fan of the WMTM or the smaaaaall clearance racks at your local lulu, then you will absolutely love the outlet! This location is nestled deep in the center of the LV premium outlets and right now they have limited capacity due to covid but the line will move quickly (or so I am told.) One recommendation I have is to call ahead if there's a particular item you want to purchase because they'll be able to confirm if the product is actually there and they can hold it for you, just like any other lulu store. The best part about this store is that it is actually organized based on your size. That way, you don't have to worry about rummaging throughout the entire store because you can just go to your designated area. Unfortunately for men, their small section is lumped together. If you go on a good day like I did, they'll have additional clearances on their already-reduced items. For example, the align joggers were labeled as $79 but I purchased them for $20 off and the commission shorts were labeled at $49 but I bought them for $24 (receipt posted for proof for the non believers, hehe). You'll still get to try on your items at the store but overall, this is an excellent place to go if you're looking to buy some new apparel for a fraction of the cost. (33/100--2020) read more

I was saddened by the store closure of the first lululemon outlet in Vegas/Primm for a bit. But upon hearing that there's going to be one way closer to home was definitely awesome news. This store is located at Las Vegas Premium Outlets North on the old side where Armani Exchange and Max Studio are at. The space seemed smaller than the Primm outlet store - either it is smaller or they have more stuff in the store. But in true good lululemon outlet fashion, the store is divided according to sizes: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. They have plenty in each size. I love lululemon especially when I see purple stickers (discounted price). Today (10-23-15) was their opening day and they had a DJ and goodies in the morning when they opened. I went with friends after work but we still snagged a lot of good deals. What would normally be $50-120 for tops and pants are only $29-100. They have styles from last month to last year which could both be good and bad. Bad because you might have bought stuff at regular price and now, they're cheaper. Good because the styles you were waiting to go on sale but got pulled out of the shelf are back at cheaper prices. I got a pair of pants and a dress I've wanted but waited until they no longer carried them at the regular lululemon stores. They have crops, pants, shorts, sports bras, swimwear, skirts, tanks, shirts, sweaters, hoodies, jackets, vests, socks, water bottles, headbands, bags, towels, mats, etc. They also carry iviva which is the lululemon for kids/pre-teens. Bros, they have stuff for you too. The people that work here are helpful, friendly, and full of fun and energy. They were dancing, singing, hula hooping and interacting with guests. Terrible customer service. I walked in here and felt like I was walking into a lululemon circa 2015 where the staff studies you and offer to help only if you look like you have money to buy or you're the typical blonde hair blue eyes. Pretty pathetic that 2022 everyone and their mom wears lulu and this store has nothing but sale clothes from WMTM yet they act like I'm going to steal or waste their time. No greeting when entering the store, that's fine. But after being in the store for quite some time, I hear random greetings to customers walking in. I constantly overheard promotions being explained to customers, staff randomly coming up to customers to ask if they had questions, but of course that never happened to me because i looked nothing like those customers who got helped. I asked for a fitting room. If you're a regular at lulu you'll know the "what's your name/how many items/my name is _____ let me know if you need anything" from the staff. I approached the girl in fitting room and told her how many items I had. She directed me to a fitting room with her eyes then made a gesture with her hand when I looked confused. I was so confused and had to confirm which room she wanted me in. Once I was in the fitting room, I heard the same girl being super friendly to other customers and introducing herself and being a social butterfly. At checkout, I provided my phone number for my guest profile. When my total was announced, I asked if my discount can be applied which can be located on my guest profile. The girl at the register was a mute and didn't look happy when I asked. She applied the discount and read my total like she now just lost money by giving me a healthcare worker discount. I've shopped at many lulu stores especially at stores in areas I think this kind of stuff would actually happen to me and never have experienced this level of exclusivity. Takes very little effort to be kind. If it was one staff I can understand, but it was every educator on the floor. This place is ok, but really depends if you're shopping for men's or women's items. The men's section is only a couple racks and even then it's filled with mostly larger sizes such as Large or XL. Women's sizes range from 2 to 12 and take up basically the entire store. Their prices are the usual purple final sale/clearance tags you'll find at any normal Lululemon store. They have occasional sales during holidays where certain items are sold at an even lower promo price, but otherwise it's similar to the sale/clearance section at any other store. Everything has that purple sticker which indicates it's a markdown. Whatever that price is it's usually even more marked down because they have a paper throughout the shop which says what the real price is. An example would be that most bras are tagged at $34 but all bras in the store are $29! If you're unsure what the price is staff is happy to tell you what it is. Whatever is on the sale section on the website, the outlet tends to have even more of a markdown on the/that sale items. No, the stuff they have aren't the latest aligns or free to be bras that just recently came out but they do have a good selection in stock from previous months/years. This outlet also has some stuff that were once limited edition too. Also, the store is arranged by size, which makes shopping so much easier!!!! Yes from 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12! Service is always great and extremely friendly. Staff is always willing to help without being pushy. Sandy is the best! She's so sweet! As a Lululemon disciple of 12+ years, I only just discovered this OUTLET location here in Las Vegas. Let me repeat to those fellow disciples of the Lululemon brand...I SAID OUTLET. You know when you go into a regular Lululemon and on usually one rack (two if you are lucky) at some points during a year you will find some stuff on sale. Well this outlet is like going into a Lululemon store and all you are dealing with are the sale racks. This store is great because the entire store is laid out by size. So I can walk to the section of my size and see everything they have right there. Pants, jackets, shirts, etc...it is all in one section. There is no rooting through the racks to be disappointed to not find your size. This is what they got in my size and that is it. There is little to no storage in the back and what is out is out. Super easy to navigate. Prices are in line with what you would expect to find on that sale rack in a regular LuluLemon store (ie. the $84 running pant is on sale for $54, etc). So they are not giving stuff away at like 75% off or anything, but if you are a disciple, you know that if you wash it in cold water and absolutely NEVER put it in the dryer, you will have your LuluLemon pieces forever (they could dump you in your casket when you are 100 in your LuluLemon workout gear because it will hold up for that long!). This product brand is a worthy investment. I am also certain the discount will vary throughout the year based on seasons and holidays. The staff seem to like being there, are friendly and are readily available (I keep popping into this store, because I am so excited about this outlet, so I speak with authority that staff is readily available).
