Receipt showing I was there, and no discount giving could've been done as a courteous thing to do
    Bobby T.

Absolutely unbelievable what happened so a lot of of us ambulance medical workers such as BLS, first responder, nurses and paramedics go to the store because it's convenient and buying our spandex shirts and other items that are needed when we work We've always gotten a 10% discount always all you have to do is show your card now the other young workers were just giving us the military discount to be nice or whatever no one's ever told us they don't give the discount it's just been given to us Let me show you the receipts $80-$300 worth of stuff that I spend every 3 months at the store. I go there today to buy one of the spandex shirts long sleeve to wear under my uniform and I'm told by a new lady that moved and transferred from Florida that she didn't know of any such discount (I believe her name was according to the receipt Shawnna) I asked to speak to the manager, and after the manager was saying a lot over the radio where all the workers were looking over at me, making it very uncomfortable rather than coming over right away because a customer asked for a manager A lady comes over by the name of Chris and she states that she is the manager. She tells me there is no such discount and she can't honor it and she served her time x amount of years doing what I don't know. As a customer service courtesy she should've just gave it knowing that we come in there all the time and we could show the proof. And just tell me to call corporate or look on the website to see if they honor anything just as a courtesy she could've just did it since I was showing her proof that we've gotten it before . No she had to run her mouth a bit. I let her know I was writing a review and I was calling to corporate, and I show proof that I have gotten discount numerous times before This is not right to not honor discounts to people, especially when it's been given before we can take our business elsewhere, but for convenient purposes, it was there Trust and believe me, it will be posted to all of our workers on our work community board and send down a massive email to all of our workers and crew numbers, and the numerous numerous ones that go there for sure won't go there we all stick together. We're like our little family. We will post this review to Google. We will put it on social media as well If you want your items, go to Vcom armor uniform Place They have them at South outlet mall and at North outlet mall. Just show them your proof of working in the medical field and they give you a 10% discount in addition to a 5% discount for being a local Do not go to this store boycott it because it's not fair what they're doing to people if they didn't want us to have it, they should not have just started giving it to us when she saw I was in little annoyed about it she should've just did it as a courtesy. If it was her I'm sure she would've handled a different as a consumer The manager could've gave it being nice as a courteous thing to do I see why this place has numerous numerous numerous

Dick's is one of the only reasons left that I come to the Fashion Show mall. Most of the really good stores have up and left, but the flagship Dick's remains. It's two stories of sports goodness and while I am not athletic in the least, I shop here for fan gear! This location is similar to the Dick's out in Henderson, but I have found that it's often better stocked when it comes to local sports team merch. If you're looking for Raiders t-shirts, Vegas Golden Knights jerseys, and even items for our more obscure local teams like the Aviators (minor league baseball), the Lights (minor league soccer), and the Aces (you really should be supporting our amazing WNBA team), you can find it here. I came to the mall for some holiday shopping and browsing, and I left with a sack full of stuff. It was the first place in town to stock the new VGK reverse retro hockey jerseys (which I bought as soon as I saw it because it was freaking love at first sight), and I also picked up a discounted A'ja Wilson WNBA MVP t-shirt for $18. There are racks and racks of sale merchandise, so take your time and peruse it all. The employees here are knowledgeable and friendly, but you may have to approach them to ask for assistance. I actually enjoy shopping without being pestered at every turn, but if you are a customer who enjoys constant attention and service, you need to ask for it.

    Instacart's version of receipt

Worst experience ever. In short, ordered 2 pairs of shoes online for my kid through INSTACART. Shoes were a size too small so I wanted to EXCHANGE them for the EXACT same shoes, just a size bigger. Store refuses to EXCHANGE the shoes because the receipt provided by INSTACART does not show the barcode? (All instcart provided was a photo of the shopper holding a FOLDED receipt in his hand. Even online and in the app there is no BARCODE). So this receipt shows the register, transaction number, cashiers name, AND the last 4 digits of the card used and Dick's is telling me they can in no way verify the purchase in any way with that information. I spend and insane amount of money at Dick's and even more with INSTACART. You guys should be ashamed. Lesson learned, I should've read all of the negative reviews about both companies long ago and stayed away. Don't be a DICK!

Amazing store for dog owners, outdoors people, hunters, fishers, boaters, campers, and more. Great…read moreselection, and great value. It is also a really fun place to visit even if you aren't shopping for anything specific. As a big-dog owner with a Doberman who is a service dog in training, I've now visited this store three times with my dog, and every trip has been fantastic. The store carries a huge variety of outdoor equipment, clothing, hunting and fishing gear, camping supplies, boating equipment, shoes, dog supplies, treats, toys, and more. I especially love the aquariums and taxidermy displays throughout the store--they make it feel more like an experience than just a store. There's also an archery range, outdoor seating, tractors on display, and a beautiful entrance with a wooden bridge over water. **** Why I especially love it for dogs in training**** For dogs that already have their basic commands down and are ready for more real-world exposure, I think this is an excellent environment. There are so many opportunities to practice: * Different surfaces: wooden bridges, smooth floors, carpet, stairs, rocks, etc. * New sights: taxidermy, boats, tractors, aquariums, hunting and camping equipment, and more. * New smells: fish bait, treats, snacks, clothing, shoes, other dogs, and people. (Smelling from a distance ofc, I don't let my dog stick her nose right up in there, that's rude haha) * Loose-leash walking and heeling: It's a large store, so there's plenty of room to practice navigating turns, corners, and aisles. * Down-stays: The many aisles make great opportunities to practice staying calmly while you browse. * Focus around distractions: On busier days, your dog may encounter children, adults, other dogs, and all the other activity that comes with a large store. * Tasking practice: For service dogs in training, it can be a useful environment to practice maintaining focus and performing tasks around distractions. * Confidence building: The variety of sights, sounds, smells, surfaces, and people can provide gentle exposure for dogs who need to build confidence. Of course, I would only recommend bringing dogs that are under control, non-aggressive, and have a reasonable foundation of basic obedience. And always follow the store's current pet/service-animal policies. As someone who can get a little anxious about whether my SDiT is behaving perfectly, I also appreciate how comfortable and welcoming this environment feels. I've had my dog do the occasional "drive-by nose boop" to someone we passed, and instead of feeling embarrassed, I've generally found people to be incredibly understanding and friendly. I've even met fellow big-dog owners and had conversations about Dobermans. One of my favorite moments was when my Doberman suddenly froze and intensely stared down an empty aisle with one paw lifted like she was "pointing" at something invisible. An employee and I both started laughing. **** Great for big-dog owners**** I've found their dog selection particularly useful for larger breeds. Because of the store's focus on outdoor and hunting dogs, I've noticed a better selection of larger-dog equipment than I often find at typical pet stores. They also carry things that can be useful beyond hunting, including scent-training supplies, life jackets for swimming, training equipment, toys, treats, and other gear. I could easily see using many of these products for scent work, dock diving, outdoor adventures, and general training. I also appreciate the selection of dog treats and the ability to find options with ingredients I feel comfortable giving my dog. **** Overall Experience **** The staff have always been friendly, personable, professional, and helpful--and sometimes genuinely funny. There's plenty of parking, and the outdoor area and entrance make the store feel inviting before you even walk inside. I also love that it's open until 10 p.m. on weekdays. To me, Bass Pro Shops feels like more than a store. It's almost like a little mini-world where you can shop, explore, train your dog, and see other people enjoying the store too. I highly recommend this place for hunters, boaters, fishers, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts.... but especially for dog owners whose dogs already have a foundation of obedience and are ready for more real-world exposure and distractions.
