If I could give them a 0 star, I would. The store manager, Sharon, is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, not knowledgeable in sales and price, demeaning, and lacks customer service. On Friday, January 01, 2021, I went into the Adidas store at 241 Fort Evans Rd NE Suite 897, Leesburg, VA 20176. Approximately 2:00 p.m., I tried to check out a pair of red Ultra Boost shoes at the cash register. The red Ultra Boost size 7 was in a box that did not have any prices on it. Also, it was placed in the back right on top of a shelf that is labeled "additional 50% off." Every row in that back right of the store have labels of "additional 50% off." When I tried to check the shoes out at the counter, a female cash register had notified me that the shoes were $130.00 original price and 50% off is $65.00. I had brought it to her attention that the box was located in the clearance section, where it states "additional 50% off." I asked her if she was able to honor it. She then brought in a male associate, and that male associate brought in another female associate to the conversation, where they told me they usually honor it, but this time, they will not. I asked them the reason why considering that it was misplaced on the "additional 50% off" without a price label, they repeated and said we cannot honor it and that the shoes were returned. I then asked to speak with a manager instead as they are usually the decision maker. When the manager approached the cash register, she already had an attitude with me. I started the conversation and said, "Hi there, I wanted to give you an overview of the situation. The box does not have any price labels, and it was placed in the "additional 50% off" row in the back of the store." She then responded and pulled the computer screen over, "I show here that the price is $130 and it's 50% off. The price is $65. So what's the problem?" I had let her know that if the box was placed in the "additional 50% off" row, which means it would be 50% off of $65. She then argued, raised her voice, got an attitude with me and said, "The price is $130. The additional 50% IS $65!" I had proceeded to explain to her that if a sign of 50% off was put up, it would be $65. However, when the sign of "additional" it means the item is already at a discount and you are adding an "additional" discount to the price. She then responded rudely and said, "Well that's your definition. That's not how we do business here." I then asked her what's Adidas's definition of "additional 50% off?" She then said, "When something is ADDITIONAL 50%, it means you take the original price and add 50%." I tried to explain to her that it was an incorrect interpretation. She then raised her voice and said, "WELL THAT'S HOW WE DO BUSINESS HERE. YOU WANT THIS OR NOT? THE ITEM IS DISCOUNTED AT $130 ALREADY." After hearing the tension and disrespect communication from her, my brother interjected and said that the $130 is not a discounted price. It is the original price. Adding 50% off is just reducing the amount by that much. It is not an "additional" discount. She then got louder and was so disrespectful. Finally, I had asked her for the Adidas Corporate number, her first and last name, and her employee ID number. She wrote on a piece of paper her first name (Sharon) and the store number instead of the corporate number. She then raised her voice and said, "OH I'M NOT GIVING YOU MY LAST NAME OR ID NUMBER! I'M THE ONLY STORE MANAGER HERE!" My brother then interjected and said to her that she cannot talk to me like that and that I'm the customer. She then said, "I DON'T CARE IF SHE'S THE CUSTOMER!!" My sister, brother, and I had expressed to her directly that she was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and should not be a store manager. These exchanges all occurred in front of at least four of her employees and many customers in the stores. After leaving the store, we felt that she had disrespected us, unapologetic in the errors of not labeling prices and misplacing items in the "additional" off sections, belittled us in front of so many people in the store, lacked knowledge of something being marked 50% off versus additional 50% off, and lacked knowledge in original price versus discounted price. We cannot believe that this was Adidas's customer service and was beyond shocked of what we witnessed and how we were poorly treated. To prevent similar occasions from happening to other customers, we will post reviews on IG, Twitter, FB, and other social media sites about our experience. We will no longer give ADIDAS our business after being treated so poorly by this store manager. read more

This store has great deals when it does. Got sneakers for $20 once. Past father's day weekend, found sneakers for $30 which is $75 online. The collection may be a season old which will not be able to find at other adidas store, which is fine by me. Can return or exchange at any other regular adidas store. Worth a stop. read more

This store has some really great deals. I was able to get 3 pair of shoes (one for myself, one for my son and one for my daughter) for around $100-$120. In a world with prices as high as they are, it's nice to get a deal every now and then. That's exactly what I got here and I'll continue to shop here when I'm in the area. Staff were helpful, store was well organized and well stocked. Definitely worth venturing into in you happen to find yourself in this outlet mall. read more

I came here because their sidewalk sale caught my eye and it doesn't take much for me to want to buy clothes. I found some shorts and tops outside that were on sale and that I liked. I then walked inside and found a few more good finds. The store was organized and there were plenty of workers around to offer help. I was really impressed with the selection and prices in this store. I think because it was Labor Day the deals were even better which I loved. read more

No sign to indicate where the line starts. I stood on the left side catching eye contact with a cashier a few times, while waiting patiently. As i waited, another customer went to wait on the right side, my family and I wondered if we stood on the wrong side. My husband pushed our toddler in the stroller to the other side to check if there was a sign, which there was none, so we continued to stand on the left side since we've been standing there for a while. The cashier in front of me was done with his customer, who was checking his receipt, but he said nothing to me and did a few things such as talk to another rep and stomped on a few boxes. Bought my daughter a pair of 18.3 FG J soccer cleats and they started falling apart after one practice. I brought them back to the outlet store in Leesburg and the manager, Tyler, told me since they can't resale them they were unwilling to take them back or exchange them. $60 soccer shoes should at least last one season, let alone start falling apart after one soccer practice. I was at Adidas earlier today, and I wanted to return a purchase I made last week. I bought socks and the cashier I had last week was a bit snarky and she overcharged my socks. So today I came back to return the socks and I paid for the socks with mostly cash and partial credit. I wanted the money exactly back as I paid. The cashier I had didn't know how to do this, so I saw the manager standing behind her telling her to give the return as all credit. I asked the cashier, and she said we can't give half and half. Also she didn't give me my original receipt back, which wasn't right. I went back and went to the manager (who helped the cashier who helped me) The Manager( Jessica Frasier) was not helpful actually not helpful at all. As always known the customer is always right.The manager said she couldn't give me some cash back and some credit because it's "store policy" (don't believe that for a second...the only policy it is, is your own) She also asked when I came to return it and I said "20 min. Ago, I was just here. Well the manager was playing dumb and lying. She knows she saw me, she just didn't want to do it. So I decided I would like just to have full cash back(since I paid mostly cash anyway.) The manager said that she couldn't do that without the receipt. And I told her I never got my original receipt back. Which she would know since she was right behind the cashier who did the return for me. She started saying she would have to go in the safe and get the money and the receipt..and that there's a lot of stuff in there which she can't access. Ok, whatever. She didn't do what I wanted at all. She was pretty snarky and had an attitude too. I don't think she is someone who should be manager at all. I don't think what I was asking was that hard to do. Any other place would have done what I wanted. Not hard. She needs to lose the attitude if she continues to be a manager and help people. Overall, I will not be inclined to go back to this store anytime soon, or not at all. I think the manager is dishonest, and the employees are unfriendly and not very nice. My son is a runner. I am not. He has done a half marathon at 15. He is looking forward to doing a 50 miler this year. He and I were in disagreement about which shoes he should get. Jason is the perfect sales person for this scenario. He listened to what both of us wanted/thought was best. Asked the right questions. Played devil's advocate. Spoke in terms both teenager and parent could understand. He even went in back and found shoes not currently on display that he believed woud work for us. We originally went in because my son had found shoes he liked on line and I thought he should try on a similar make/model. We left yesterday with my son still believing what he wanted to believe, no shoes in hand. Over night, he had a chance to think about it. Jason's extensive knowledge of what would work with my son's pronatin tendencies and how he runs in general, as well as Jason's people skills allowed my son to be able to take his advice and understand why certain shoes would work better in his scenario.
