Decent outlet location, but I hate backtracking. I walked the entire length then had to walk back to get to my car. I'd rather there be two paths or a circle so I didn't feel like I was backtracking. It was also close to 100 degrees in April, so that was unexpected. There were lots of stores here and I checked out what they had, but nothing caught my fancy that was worthy enough to try and figure out how to pack to get home. That's the bummer while shopping on a trip. These outlets are probably better if you have a particular store in mind or just want to get some steps in while shopping. Have been shopping at these Premium Outlets for over 2 decades now. A whole lot has changed over the years. But my favorite stores are still AE, A&F, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Lids, NIKE, and Under Armour Factory Outlet. Great deals at those retail stores every time I visit!! Always find the fashion styles and latest trends that I like and am interested in. All modern looking for very reasonable prices! The latest visit to this shopping center was on Thursday, 12/11/2025. It wasn't too crowded since it was a weekday and it was also freezing cold! I really like this outlet even though it's far from my house. They have a nice mix of stores from Nike, Burberry, Polo, Tory Burch, Uggs and more. It's an outdoor shopping mall which makes it perfect for strolling with lots of space. Lots of outdoor seating and they have plenty of options for food. I wasn't pleased with the bathrooms but that's to be expected in public spaces like this. I was surprised that almost every store we went in had some sort of sale but happy to see some real sales! Overall I enjoyed a day of shopping and finished with a pretzel and refreshing lemonade from Aunty Annie's. read more

This outlet mall is very large can be busy. It is located in Leesburg and contributes to insane traffic in the surrounding area. I used to come here often once upon a time, maybe a couple times a month (WOW!), even during the busiest seasons...Thanksgiving & Christmas time. Now, I try to avoid coming out here during those times whenever possible. I would highly advise against coming during Black Friday. The one time I came, the entrance was packed, impossible to find parking and the stores were packed. There are always sales going on throughout the year, so no need to deal with that. It is one straight walk from one end of the mall to the other. There are high-end store brands here including: Handbags/Accessories: Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Kate Spade Apparel/Accessories: Forever 21, Abercrombie and Fitch, Armani Exchange Shoes: UGG, Clarks, New Balance Jewelry: Accessories: Movado, Zales Outlet, Sunglass Hut The stores provide a discount to those with a Military ID. There's a small food court with food places I haven't heard of..the only place I tried was the coffee/tea place. There is plenty of parking available in general. Once the outlet mall gets busy, the spots fill up and they block off some entrances. read more

I appreciate this premium outlet as it's not huge were it will take you all day to navigate. It's intimate enough where you can take your time and check out stores. The one down side is Parking is not ideal, matter of fact it sucks, but if you go early or on a non busy day you can find a parking spot. It has your typical outlet stores. read more

GENERAL Wow! What a great selection of stores! From upscale stores like Burberry and Theory to Forever 21 and Bath and Body Works, there's is no shortage in range at this outlet location. It was nice to pop into and out of stores, especially if it was on a nice day, but we visited when it was raining and forgot to pack an umbrella, so I'd definitely recommend checking the weather before visiting! BATHROOMS Bathrooms are available at the food court section of the outlet. PARKING Ample parking is available in the various lots. read more

Even though outlet malls and malls in general have taken a hit in recent years and lost retailers, Leesburg Outlets have done a good job at maintaining a variety of high quality retailers. I prefer this outlet malls to any others in the VA and nearby MD area. I do always find good deals when I visit and the stores manage to stay well staffed offering great service wherever you shop. read more

First time here and given that it's the Christmas season it wasn't too bad. I found parking within 5 minutes. It's about an hour south of DC. I would check the website to see if it has retailers that you are interested in. I was specifically going for the Ferragamo Outlet and it did not disappoint. The deals and selection are fantastic! I would definitely recommend AJ at Ferragamo. He is knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I think this is a great place to go seasonally and buy several items. I took my mom here for a day trip and she LOVES it. She lives internationally and is impressed with the discounts she finds in brands like Columbia Sportswear, Gap, Old Navy, Coach, Steve Madden etc Leesburg is a bit of a drive from DC, but coming on a weekday helps, less traffic and fewer shoppers. The outlet is spacious and there is a food court in the center. We went to Panera Bread which is nearby for lunch. My mom loves shopping in person and trying out products before committing to purchases. As such, this outlet suits her. In this age, many can find similar products online with even deeper discounts and free shipping. We went there during end of summer season so most shops display their summer line of products with final sales. Will recommend for out of town visitors! read more

Just an hour drive away from DC, you will find the Leesburg Outlets. This outdoor space is HUGE and has some very nice retailers - ranging from your typical family brands, high in handbag designers and even some furniture outlets. I came here around noon on a holiday and the place was PACKED so I totally recommend getting here early so you can get a good parking spot and start shopping. I found great deals so I will totally be returning soon! read more

Visited these outlets because I was on the hunt for a pair of all black workout sneakers and I truly only wear Nike 95% of the time so I said let me see what I can find in the Nike outlet here. The outlet center itself was larger than I expected but the layout was a bit weird as most outlets are totally fluid in design where you can just walk end to end and through and around but that wasn't the case here as I found myself at a dead end in a location where I should've been able to continue walking. But this was truly the only thing that made me scratch my head because the remainder of the experience was pleasant as they had semi-covered walkways to walk the outlets if you wanted shade from the sun or if it were raining to keep you dry. There also were no lines to get into any of the stores, including Nike, which is unheard of, specifically in popular stores. They also had a very nice selection of higher end outlets so those who are into bigger labels would have fun perusing the likes of Feragamo and Kate Spade to name a couple. I found what I wanted and needed in Nike (plus a lot more) so the trip to the outlets was a success! I would certainly come back if needed or if I was just looking for a bit of retail therapy on a budget. read more

What a great experience. My husband and I are visiting Virginia for a couple of days. Anytime we are out of town we always try to hit up at least one outlet. This particular outlet was definitely a win. They have numerous stores almost all you can think of. Of course I couldn't review all of them this review is only on the Adidas outlet store. The store was huge with lots of variety, with 50% off of sneakers and clothes. My husband and I was able to get a lot of winter and summer clothes for ourselves and our son and the final price was amazing. Also a big thank you to Julian, he was such a great help and gave us stellar customer service. We also stopped in The children's place and got some stuff Old Navy, Nike and Ralph Lauren. This is one of the biggest outlets malls I have been to. Very easy to find the stores with maps at entrances. Doesn't go in circles like some of the outlet malls. The entire mall is clean and well taken care of including the bathrooms. Plenty of high quality stores like Under Armour, Nike, Vineyard Vines, etc. There is a battery charging station for your car while you wait. The food court is not the best. Nothing wrong with the choices, it's the amount of choices. Luckily there are a few fast food restaurants close by if you can't find something you like. read more

There's pretty much something for everyone at this open air outlet mall. There's a small indoor food court for your snack attacks and the restrooms and general mall area are pleasantly decorated and clean. Unless you're desperate for junk food though, the outlet mall is well-located and surrounded by other dining options. Parking here can be brutal during the holidays so if you're looking to do holiday shopping be sure to arrive early and allow extra time. Customer service very bad attitude I went there for shopping at MICHAEL KORS Leesburg 241 Fort Evans Road NE Leesburg, VA 20176. We love to come here to shop a lot because you guys always have good customer service mostly staff are nice welcome and helpful all the time. But today I went to visit this store to buy a jacket. One of the staff has a bad attitude. Her name is Amal. I don't know her last name, the staff they don't want to give her name and last name. She was so rude and force me to come out of fitting room. I have clothes and dress that I would love to buy and I would like to try on. The lady came and asked if anyone was in the fitting room. I told her "Yes I am in here "Then she told me I had to come out of the fitting room because I had to go get staff to get permission in the fitting room. I do understand that all stores have a policy. I told her sorry I didn't see the sign and said "Please put up a sign or anything to make it clear for customers "In that store, I saw the sign that said Fitting room closed but that point, The sign was open before I get into the fitting room. Also before I got in that fitting room I saw one of the customers walking out from that fitting room. I thought it would be ok to get in the fitting room to try one clothes. Because I didn't see anybody waiting to get into the fitting room and the store was not busy. The lady came and told me to come out at this point I was naked and already trying the dress on. I told her no point in calling me to get out and ask the staff because she was already there. I was disappointed then I told her it was ok I would not try the other dress on I would get out of the room right away because she trying to fight with me. I thought she realized that she was wrong and she said please try all the dresses on ,but it did not make any sense at all. I walked out from the fitting room and I was checking out. I bought a jacket from the store. One other lady helped me check that her name is bahara. She was helpful and told me sorry about that. Then that lady named Amal came out and still had a bad attitude with me and tried to fight with me. She insist she was right then all of the staff came and told her don't fight with me and told her to let me go. But she still in bad attitude and takes it in personally. She can't control her attitude at her job. I told her I had never seen customer service trying to fight with a customer like her. Also, I don't see any manager showing up at that time. I want a company to train employees better to behave and control themselves not take it personally like her. I don't want any discount or anything from your company but all I want is please check the camera how she has a bad attitude with a customer like this. I was disappointed to come to visit this store. She is better off talking with HR and she might have a bad attitude with another customer again that would not be good with the store and a company training employees to have employees like her. It's only so so. What a royal pain parking is. If you go here expect plenty of company. Simon properties seems to own a lot of these "outlet" malls, and I'll give them credit for fulfilling a demand. Yet is it really an outlet? In my opinion nope. It's a shopping center masquerading as one. Sometimes you can get a bargain here, such as when Bass or Reebok have sales. Yet more often than not, I'm really not finding deals. They have improved their food court. That is a welcome change, and I do feel comfortable here. A nice group of people, and they do have an extensive amount of retailers. Ralph Lauren is only adequate though. If you have little kids, there's a good amount of deals. While in the area to test drive a car, we came past this place and made a note to stop back later. Upon entry one thing is obvious- lotta humans. Lottafum. Very busy, highly trafficked, limited parking, wall to wall humans. We first stopped in the food court to use the facilities - clean, highly trafficked but well maintained. Food court has a convenience store type spot, Asian food, steak and cheese, pizza, smoothies and frozen yogurt, as well as a coffee stand. Due to an attempt to reach ketosis I wasn't able to secure a deliverable and we continued on the journey to shop. Some of the stores I entered were: Eddie Bauer, Vans, Jos.A.Bank, Polo, Nike, Brooks Bros, Lucky, Steve, and a few others. I would say that the Nike outlet was very disappointing- to the fact there were outlet prices on anything - barely anything was discounted or clearanced, and the shoes were somewhat lacking. Polo was okay - but staffing was low so the long line deterred me from making a purchase. The place is nice - plenty of stores, stands selling cheap toys and bubble tea, also ample fresh air walking and seating as well. I probably shouldn't have worn jeans that day but you live a learn. Spent $50 at Lucky and headed homeward for food and rest. Would return. read more

This outlet has something for everyone and a great variety of stores. There a plenty of places to sit and rest if you are waiting on your loved ones to finish shopping. They also have an indoor food court and a outdoor play area. The restrooms smelled horrific and aren't kept well kept even though they had a cleaning cart parked out front. read more

I came here on the most busiest night of the year. ( Thanksgiving night). Very very congested outlet with limited parking. I had to walk across the street where the restaurants are. I recommend parking with your headlights facing out. People drive very fast and don't yield. Store selections are decent. I like Steve Madden and Kate Spade. Other stores are decent but I dont see outlet prices. Employees are friendly. The food court? What food court? The choices are deplorable. Eat before coming here or pack a snack. However, on a non holiday, I suggest coming here early before 1pm. This place fills up fast. Also if you check in on Yelp, stop by the customer service desk to get a savings passport. Show your Yelp check in deal. I was able to get additional deals with this book. I'll definitely return. read more

There's a weird old white woman by the counter at the Talbots Outlet that glares at you while you're shopping, especially if you're Asian. When my mom asked why she was staring at her, the woman aggressively sauntered toward my mom and then said she could ask us to leave if she wanted to, despite us just looking at scarves at the time and not having done anything. So we left. I think she might be racist, since there were other people in the store, but she only focused on us and another group of Asian ladies. Avoid. read more

Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets are some of the best Outlets I've been to in a while! Finally, an actual outlet center that has actual outlet prices! It seems like many of the outlets that I've been to recently really didn't have any deals, not here. They have plenty of deals and steals! Typically, I'm not a fan of outlet centers, because sometimes they tend to have a lot of reject merchandise, in my humble opinion. Not at Leesburg! I haven't been here in years, but since I was in the area for the weekend, I felt it was only right that I stop by for an hour or two. This Outlet Center boasts big names such as UGG, Coach, Movado, Williams-Sonoma, Michael Koors...just to name a few. Plenty of deals, parking, and hot ticket items to go around for everyone. I even snagged a few items I plan to store away for the upcoming Christmas season as gifts. Christmas in July? Why not? Happy shopping everyone! read more

Okay so I live around the corner from the outlets so I've seen the devastating affect Covid has had on the businesses. Now don't get me wrong, I never thought the Leesburg outlets were anything special but I used to be able to go a blow a few hours and few dollars. Now, it's a shell of what it used to be. I would estimate that half the stores are either closed or working on random hours. You'll literally walk up to an establishment who's hours say they should be open and they aren't. It's such an inconvenience. There are only 2 places open in the "food court" so it's not like you can sit around and grab a good bite to eat. There's nothing here that would warrant the drive. I usually come up here to do returns from my online purchases and that's it. read more

I have the benefit of living 5 minutes from this outlet. It has a great variety of store, including high end stores. I rarely go on weekends which are crowded but mostly go during the week and it's a great place to shop with no crowds. It recently was remodeled and has a nicer food court though still not very many appealing food choices, best place is Panera in the parking lot which I go to even when I'm not going to the mall. If you happen upon a sale or get a find in the clearance section, you can save a lot. Have had some great shopping trips. This is my go to shopping place. read more

I LOVE these outlets. The deals are great at most stores. It can be very busy especially with nice weather and on weekends so go earlier. There is a small food outlet but it's not great. There can be the occasion food truck too. There's some restaurants just across the parking lot too. Like Bob Evans and Panera. Parking is all outside. It can be hard to find your car again there are no signs or colored anything to help. It's very clean which I really appreciate too. And a new play area was just put in for kids. read more

Tentative two and a half stars. The prospect of running into my dad's ex doesn't quite appeal to me, I guess. Don't get me wrong though, I dig outdoor malls. I was ready to give them a flat two after so many memories of the gross food court and boring selection but they seem to have upped their game. With a new set of outlet options since I've last been, I'm jacking it up a star out of good faith. And let me reassure you this is outdated as all getout since the most exciting things they had when I last went were PacSun, Vans, Old Navy, Gap, and Puma. I'm sure prices aren't that competitive but I'm one of those freakishly obsessive window shoppers, so BCBG, Diesel, Cole Haan, and Under Armour are going to be seeing my face gazing starry-eyed through their displays. Not to mention the half dozen other snazzy retail joints where I daydream about gettin' fancy but know I could never justify dropping a dime at. No doubt the terrible parking situation has only further exacerbated itself with the corner's real drive to actually achieve its "premium" label. Banks Levi's WIlson's Those that I don't: Nike Reebok Polo (way over priced & very few sales items) Adidas There is no where else that I know of where you can get in and out of this number of quality stores so quickly. Take some advice: go to their web site and print off the map, plot your route and agenda and save some money. It's big and spreadout, having a map in hand will reduce confusion and keep you semi-sane....the crowds on the weekends are outrageous. A bit far out where i live, but a great place to do some shopping. Usually when i visit the outlet store, i will be coming out with a ton of bags. Not every store has ridiculous low prices, but there are some days where you will find a great deal. I personally love the Loft Store in this area. Half of their store are on clearance and they have so many options of clothing. The only downside is this mall is open to the sky. So as you walk to different stores you have to prepare yourself for the weather outside. read more
