I ordered a pair of women's og sambas in cream color w/black shoe laces online. When my shoes arrived the size was too big. I realized I ordered the wrong size lol I was deciding to either return the shoe by mail or go to a location that carries more selections. I decided to go to Century City Westfield. Entered the store and right away I was greeted w/a hello and how can I help you. I ask if they carry this OG Sambas in cream and he mention no they are only online. I was bummed. Oh well. I decided to go ahead and just returned them but out of a distance I saw a pair of Japan Sambas. I said to myself I gotta have. Damm I should have just went straight to the cashier and return the shoes lol again. So I ask to try several sizes and the young man brought all the sizes out. He was very helpful. I ask if it looks good and of course he said yes. Lol. I ask my husband for his opinion as well and he said Yes looks nice on you Then the decision whether to pay the difference Paid the extra $21.00. There's always someone there to greet you when you walk in as in my experience. Staff tend to be right where shoes are which is centers of the store. The shoe selection is great. I get the sense that the workers here think they're so cool and they probably boast to their friends that they "work in fashion" wow. Horrible service they will ignore you while chitchatting and laughing so loud like they're at some party. When I asked a few questions about what they had, expect a Zara response "look for it yourself over there" basically don't bother me, I'd rather gossip with my coworkers. Got it. This review is particularly for the greeter with long blonde hair. I entered the store after participating in a Les Mills event (partnered with adidas). They had announced that there was a special raffle contest in the adidas store for participants since the event was a paid ticket. First of all, the greeter failed to greet me. Girl you have one job and you couldn't even do that. C'mon. So I greeted her...nbd. She was so rude with no smile, she was dead inside. I asked her about the event raffle she looked so annoyed. Her response, "you have to buy something." Okay great, thanks very informative. Way to close that one. I didn't have it in me to deal with rude, poorly trained customer service that day so I thanked her and left. Hint: Don't work in customer service if you don't want to talk to customers? Worst experience customer service wise. I bought the ultraboost 1.0 online (black/white) but decided for a different color, I went to the store Westfield on Culver City and they were unable to do an even exchange because they didn't have the color I wanted (all black) they told me they had it at the store in century city. I should mention I had gotten a 10% discount online but at the store one specific employee (couldn't get his name but tall, a bit chubby and curly medium length hair) said they wouldn't honor the discount because it was a different shoe I said, it's the same exact shoe just different color and if you check all the colors are the same price, but he insisted, he actually stopped helping another customer so he could move his head side to side along with his finger saying "honey it's a different shoe so you will have to pay the difference" Now I didn't have a problem paying the difference if he would have given me a valid excuse, but the way he reacted and spoke to me in a demeaned way was just unacceptable. Won't be shopping here again, didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me feeling superior in front of his coworkers and other customers. I mean, I love love love adidas and have never been to this location until now. This location had all the good stuff! I've been to other stores and nothing even caught my eye. I'm here, everything caught my eye. It's big and clean and everything was so organized and well placed. I cannot wait to bring my husband back on here so we can get our Adidas apparel on point. COVID-19 - there wasn't any social distance practices here but the store was empty when we went in. They did have a small bottle of hand sanitizer at the entrance/ exit. I didn't see them sanitize after we left but again, there was no one there. Although, they could've prepared for the next customer seeing as my friend used her debit card for the purchase. This Adidas store is extremely lacking. I've been here multiple times now and it's extremely difficult to get help. You have to go out of your way to get someone to help you try on a shoe. Additionally, I've made in-store order pickups, and it took forever for the order to be ready. I'd advise against visiting this place if you appreciate honesty and kindness. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I had some unsettling experiences. One of the managers misled me about parking validation, and another manager's behavior was shockingly rude and unkind, which doesn't suit someone in a position of power. I was told that the latter manager's behavior was due to the early store opening, but I believe that's not a valid excuse for such unprofessionalism. I really hope the district manager holds herself and her team accountable for their actions. Sadly, my birthday celebration at this location ended in tears due to these unpleasant encounters with the manager and district manager. Because of this, I've decided not to be a customer of this brand anymore and won't spend my money at any of their locations. I needed a pair of shoes, and it said online the item was available for same day in-store pickup at this location. I selected in-store pickup, made the purchase, went to the store, and they said they had the shoe in stock, but couldn't fill the order. They suggested I buy the shoe in store (again), and cancel the original order online. I bought the shoes, got online, and was told I could not get a refund for the purchase I made online. So now I paid for two pairs of shoes and only have one pair. The store is blaming the website, and the website representative is blaming the store. read more

This is my go-to adidas store in LA...located on the 2nd level near Nordstrom. They have lots of good drops here, and the staff is friendly. Masks must be worn upon entering, and socially distant. The store is pretty big, and has lots of good adidas items instore. I think its the best adidas store in LA. Check hours of operation prior to going. You can book an appointment session on the adidas app to avoid the lines. read more

Purchased a new pair of shoes. Put them in the closet and six months later when I needed them I pulled them out. I wore them about a month and they just started falling apart. Apparently the glue used to assemble them had evaporated. Of course it has been six months and there is no one to call or return them too. Just will never buy Adidas again read more
