Updated review. Still 5-stars. I walked in and was greeted IMMEDIATELY upon entry. I appreciate that. I was just there to browse and I made sure to let the SA who greeted me know. I am in my 2nd Dolce & Gabbana era, so I am always looking to add something to my still growing, most recent collection. I have a distressed denim jacket from the brand, as well as a men's toiletry case (which I used as my handbag of sorts until I switched it out recently), slides (I've been buying their slides for about 25, almost 30-years), sneakers and housewares. I love their stemware, glasses and travel coffee cups, even if i haven't used them just yet. I also love their eyewear, particularly their eyeglasses. (I'm practically blind, y'all.) And their items are good quality, unlike Versace. (IYKYK. $400/piece Rosenthal wine glasses that break if you sneeze too close to them. Clothes that fall apart before you can wear them. Rhinestone jewelry where the rhinestones fall out after wearing your ring or necklace twice. Grrrrr.) I've bought D&G's slides so long, I remember when they were $55! They're a minimum of $295 today, but they are cute, comfy and very sturdy. I rarely get a chance to see things in person before I purchase them. I've done the majority of my shopping online since COVID, and with some purchases and price points, I want to see items before I cough up the coin. I'm so glad I visited. I got to see a handbag that I was on my head to buy. I came *this* close to buying it, but I just couldn't. I'm glad I didn't, because when I saw it in-store, it wasn't my style. Gorgeous bag, but it would be great for my Mom. I'm more of a casual dresser, but I saw another bag that was cute and complimented my style. I know the SA thought I was full of crap when I told her what I had, because folks lie to kick it everyday. When I recently returned to the mall recently, I was passing by D&G. She walked out of the store to go on break. She remembered me from my visit and complimented me on my denim shacket (as I call it), which I'd JUST cut the tags off of after nearly a year. (I told y'all I don't get out much.) All this time, I thought my shacket had silver buttons and a silver name plaque. The name plaque and buttons are GOLD, just like the jacket I fell in love with in-store. I fell in love with the jacket I already had!!! LMAO. I could have ordered a size down, but I kept my shacket because as the SA said, I can layer it. I love a good sweater or sweatshirt, and my shacket won't be too snug with one underneath. Price-wise, some of their items are expensive. (My shacket is $1,400.) NGL. But some D&G goes on sale, so if you can catch a deal, do so. Dolce & Gabbana is synonymous with well-tailored clothing, shoes that fit well (I've loved their shoes for about 30-years now), AMAZING housewares (that SMEG sh*t...), etc. etc. I want to start collecting their costume jewelry, because it is great for their price points. That concludes my unpaid endorsement of D&G. Maybe they'll send me a toaster as a thank you. Lol read more

Dolce & Gabbana at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas -- very rude manager. This was my first time buying a bag at a Dolce & Gabbana store. The sales associate was very nice; however, the store's policy is not transparent. Other luxury brands such as Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci give customers 15 days to decide whether to keep a bag or return it. Dolce & Gabbana, on the other hand, only allows returns for store credit. Imagine purchasing a $2,000 bag and being offered only store credit--what would you think? Even Chanel bags worth $10,000 can be returned within 15 days, yet Dolce & Gabbana does not provide the same flexibility. I hope all women will think carefully before shopping at this store, especially since the manager there was very rude and unprofessional. read more

As a contractor i will not recommend working for Dolce & Gabbana, you can do an event in March and wont receive payment for 60 days or longer. You can submit your invoice right after the event as directed and everything. How is that even fair or right to treat people this way. I bet they pay their regular employees when they are suppose to. read more

purchased Portofino vintage sneakers online. the crystal embellishments started to fall off almost immediately. we have contacted customer service several times since June 26th , they say they're investigating a resolution but never do. Poor quality very poor customer service. read more

If you've ever woken up one morning and asked yourself, "Why haven't I ever spent $90 for a pair of underwear?" -- your life will be complete after visiting Dolce & Gabbana. In a lot of ways, coming here is a lot like coming to a more expensive Diesel: it's hit or miss, where in most of the clothes are a hit, but the few misses are horrendous with a capital Whore. "Whore", in the most forgiving way possible, of course. After all, this is high-end shopping mall fashion, here. If D & G tells you that a neon-green, $480 moob-hugging skinny-tee is what's hot this season, then it simply must be true. This branch is smaller than both the South Coast Plaza and Beverly Hills locations, but you get the same mix of [sometimes] surly security guard, majority friendly employees, and small minority of slacker clock punchers who think they're too important to answer your questions or offer you help, because they're living that fantasy where they're working some catwalk in Milan or Paris, and not patiently waiting for their fifteen minute break so they can grab a scone at that Starbucks cart upstairs. Selection at this D&G is good and reflects the current season's offerings on the company website. Sizes are European, so if you ask for a small, expect a label that says something like "36" or "38" instead of "S" inside. As for that $550 cable knit sweater's pricetag -- no translation necessary. Yes. It costs too much. And yes. You will still find a reason to buy it. read more

I love my D and G sunglasses so I decided to check and see if there was something else I would love. They had a lemon theme going on which was cute for spring but I wasn't really feeling the styles that they offered. The dresses were too young and the blazer was too boxy and short for my taste. I prefer a more tailored shape. They had some cute lemon printed pumps but they were not very comfortable. For that price point you would think they would be amazing. I felt like Goldilocks I couldn't find anything just right. The nice gentleman clerk was helpful. read more

Keith Assistant Manager had the worse customer service. How is this store not offering curb side pick up during a pandemic. He was not customer service friendly and didn't want to accommodate or apologize for not having the service. Treated me like my purchase didn't matter. Store manager Iris was horrible basically same having an attitude. If I didn't need to buy shoes for a gift and they weren't the only ones that had it I would have taken my money elsewhere. And I am here to say how lucky I got to meet Mark Ruiz who is a senior client advisor at the store. He is very friendly and helpful. He made me feel like a queen. I accompanied my girlfriend into this store. My girlfriend saw a few dresses she wanted to try on. We asked the sales people to see if they had her size in stock. The reply we got was, "I don't think you can afford it." How offensive! I said to the rude sales person, "Excuse me? We asked for a size, not a price." In any case, we could clearly see the price on the sample sizes on the rack. Another sales person begrudgingly came over to help but we had enough and left. This is probably a Beverly Hills issue. We never came across such stuck up sales people at the Dolce & Gabbana store in Costa Mesa. read more

Location -4 Merchandise -4 Staff-4 Decor-4 When I think of dolce and gabbana I think of romantic dreamers. If it's not dreaming about the clothes it's making sure the customer dreams what the brand is about. Merely walking in your transported in this location. This is a flagship for the brand. What I particularly love about this location is their ability to order and or find almost anything and everything one could be looking for. The front windows displays are a work of art. It's is obvious who ever they have as a sore manager understands presentation and attention to detail. The staff here is allot nicer than in most other high end stores. Thy are attentive to talking to and trying to find any merchandise needed for any and every client. We walked in looking for a wallet and looking at the men's sale items and I walked out falling in love with the new dolce and gabbana women's bag! They let me try on different colors and different sizes. The staff here was not pushy or annoyed that I tried on stuff. They genuinely wished me a great day shopping and to stop by soon to check out the new merchandise. I hate the Beverly Center with a passion. I find 90% of the stores to be worthless, I mean, they have a f***ing Ed Hardy store there. I like to avoid tourists at all costs, not like the cool European ones or ones from New York but like the ones from middle America who think people in California actually wear Hollister (gross). However, this D&G store is the one exception. I have came here a few times in my life in need of the perfect shirt for a night out and every time, they've had one that I fell in love with. I am also someone whose pretty thin, everything is slim fitted and requires no tailoring, it's truly wonderful. Some of the staff are extremely friendly, some are bitter about working in the Beverly Center and honestly, I can't say I hold it against them. Definitely worth checking out! read more

If I could give this store no stars I would. After making a purchase at the LV store next door, my sister and I decided to make a quick stop into D&G to see if they had the pair of shoes my mother fell in love with at Saks Fifth Avenue. We wanted to surprise her for her birthday. Mind you, I am very big on customer service, especially when spending that kind of money. When we walked in, there were three people standing by the counter (who never opened their mouth to say hello or even cracked a smile). There was one guy who finally acknowledge us after walking 20ft in the store with a half ass hello bc he was too busy playing on his phone. He never even looked up. After about 10mins of my sister and I trying on glasses after not see the shoes we wanted, someone finally came to assist. But by then we had already made our minds up. I really hate making things a race or discrimination issue but if the shoe fits..D&G wear it!!!! Word of advice to D&G, send a few secret shoppers (different ethnicities and dressed based on class) a couple of times and see what you get... you're definitely losing $$$. I never can get anyone's help in high-fashion store. I suppose the associates judge me too harshly and assume I am "just looking." It happens in all the high-end stores (who I shall not name) where I have to flag someone down for someone to unwillingly assist me. However, it was my first time stepping into this store and I was warmly greeted. Nadia helped me with all of my questions and didn't miss a beat when it came to suggesting things to me. The staff was very nice to me and made me feel at ease shopping there. Even Lux, the girl at the register was very friendly. I love shoes. I love wingtips, and Chelsea boots, and lace ups, and Oxfords, and drivers. Did I say I love shoes? I decided to slap on some sunglasses on a hot summers day and get out of the heat to reluctantly shop Beverly Center. I'm not really a fan of malls but I thought I could enjoy the freezing mall cold air. I thought perhaps I'd walk into DG and find daddy a new pair of shoes. I stepped in and immediately noticed a woman roll her eyes unto the depths of her head. I was certain the sales lady was going to collapse at the sight of me! Not to frighten her any longer, I shuffled over toward the mens' section. None of the associates greeted me but that was just fine as I was having a chit-chat with my boo over the phone. I decided on a pair of wingtips in the display and a male associate hurried behind me. Just as I'd written off this store, I decided that the associate meant to help me. I put on my welcome mat, turned to the the associate only to behold him looking away and pretending to adjust some RTW. I stepped a few steps forward and realized he was following me. I walked a random maze around the store just to be sure and there the associate went, to follow my every move. Was I going to steal at Dolce? Absolutely not. I don't think even a suitcase tag could fit into the skin-tight leather pants I was wearing. I hardly believe I could have stuffed a few stilettos underneath my John Varvatos Ironmaiden baby-tee I bought 2 sizes too small. Maybe the sales associates thought I was going to stuff a leopard canvas tote in my hair that was particularly big this day. Who knows. This Dolce and Gabbana seems to only cater to wives from the valley looking for a Hollywood shopping experience. To be on the safe side, and to save that poor little faint of heart sales girl from fainting, I'll save my shopping trips for the Dolce and Gabbana, Beverly Hills where the champagne flows and the smiles are a plenty. read more

One of female employees there sucks. She doesnt even know the colors. It was obviously black and she told me thats not black but brown. And I told her I want black if thats not black. She came back from somewhere saying another employee is wraping up the stuff. And I was like.. well.. I wanna see it before u guys wrap whatever I did not even see. She told me she made mistake and I dont need to see coz its same thing. And I was like is It new one? And she said there is no new one that they have only one left. And I told her that u guys told me they have new one in the back. And she changed her mind again and decided to tell me that they have 2 but they messed up and they dnt know which ones which.
