I've always walked past Louis Vuitton when checking out Rodeo Drive on day trips or extended vacations to the area. It's one of the largest locations in the area and this time they had some decor/displays themed to the recent reissue of the Murakami collection from the early 00s. You can either make an appointment if you have a designated associate at the store or do a walk-in. The latter you'll need to get into a line and check in with an associate before entering. They then assign you someone to work with during your shopping period. The gentleman I was assigned to showed me all of the stock they had remaining for the Murakami collection, which was mostly accessories and a limited amount of apparel. I did try the swimwear on and liked the one piece more than the two piece swim. I had to pass though, due to them not having my size available in store. The associate kindly suggested I try ordering it online as I could try it and return all online orders. (In store sales are final or can be exchanged only.) In terms of parking, I like picking one of the public lots like the one by Crate and Barrel and walking. read more

Of course I had to do it. It's Rodeo Drive and my favorite designer. How could I leave Beverly Hills without an LV memento. Store was beautiful as expected and smelled amazing just like all the others. But then just as I began to immerse myself in this bag and that I was approached by client specialist who introduced himself with a smile as Giovanni and then scoffed at me because I was wearing an Eagles tee shirt. I thought for a minute....no, he couldn't, he wouldn't, he shouldn't but he was....a Cowboys fan. I came all the way across the country to run into this nonsense? Despite our differences we worked together on what I was looking for and although he has poor taste in football teams I have good taste in LV and bought two bracelets from him. Almost made it three but he said I would have to order the third one and I can do that from home. But very happy with my experience as always. read more

This Louis Vuitton on Rodeo is three stories and so beautiful. I walked in and started walking around. I was approached by an SA named Jenny. She was the ultimate professional. She was so nice and didn't pressure me to buy anything. We started chatting and I told her that I was just looking around and wanted to take some pics. She had no problems with that and even let me on the patio on the third floor overlooking Rodeo. She said that I could get some really nice shots from up there and she was right. The patio itself was gorgeous and the view from it even more so. I had a great time looking around this store. If you're at this location and want to pick something up you should ask for Jenny. I'm sure that she'll take really good care of you. read more

Just now getting around to writing this review! I came here for my birthday to pick my birthday gift. Oscar my SA is the absolute best. He went above and beyond and made my shopping experience so special. He booked me and my family a VIP room so that we could shop comfortably and choose the right purse. He pulled a variety of items and made sure I had enough time to try everything I wanted. We had complementary champagne to celebrate my birthday and I cannot thank him enough for always making sure we have the best experience. Oscar is truly a wonderful person to have representing the brand. He sets such a great example of what exceptional of customer service is. Esther and Beau were so kind, friendly, sweet and super helpful! Beau brought me hot water even though I was just there for a repair, talk about sincerity and kind service! He was so fun to talk to too, we both loved the cute new bag charms that came in. Esther was so helpful, gentle and friendly - she suggested that I get the handles and straps replaced through their new pilot program, as this was complimentary, and suggested I use an external company for minor touch ups because the turnaround time would be faster given how much work they had already accepted. The staff were not friendly when we walked in. I said I had an appointment and one of the SAs went up to the one I was working with and whispered something in her ear. Are we in middle school? So unprofessional. My SA Christy was pretty much worthless. She said she would email me regarding a launch I was interested in. She claimed I didn't opt-in for texts, which was a lie. My account was opted-in for texts (I checked when I got home). She assured me she would call me on the day of the launch and would help. The day and time came and I heard nothing from her. I saw online that she could have called and bought more inventory. She was clearly being lazy or was just not very bright. I went there with my parents 12/11/24 and bought an LV bag from my mom. We got a world class treatment from Alexander. Not only he answered all the questions, helped to prepare drinks but he went beyond to help to take us pictures. Very patient, polite and professional, definitely world class quality. I just bought a Mercedes Benz, I wish I was treated the same at the dealer. It's definitely a night and day. I think all luxury brands need to learn how to treat their customer from Louis Vuitton. The customer service here was unbeatable. I've had issues with a competitor brand and was surprised for their lack of customer service and product warranty. I brought a bracelet that had a defect here and they took care of it immediately with no charge. The maintenance warehouse they took the bracelet to to get fixed unfortunately made the bracelet worse, they literally made it shorter and left dried glue residue everywhere, I was very surprised but when I made the service advisor aware of this, they immediately took action of having me ship the bracelet back and ordering me a new one since the original is no longer wearable. We received our bracelet today and we are so grateful for Esther Chan's help! Will definitely be coming back for more purchases! read more

I tried the store & their on line customer service & they did not do anything for me. instead they blamed me for wearing them too hard. you pay all that money for something there & you get such poor quality & service . such a shame.
