When ordering online it is very difficult to know the exact size, a store that offers online should definitely offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Second time in Cleo first time was a horrible experience I don't even know why I went back the second time, I was hoping it was maybe just a one-off the first time around. I order from Rietmans, Mark's work warehouse, etc all the time and whenever something is not fitting properly I have never been given a hard time to get a refund. I am going to assume that in this economic environment and retail stores struggling that this store just does not need clientele. Let me add on the bottom of the receipt it clearly states. No sale final. So why was I not given a refund?
