The staff is way more friendly and helpful (I've told the management twice). They have a large selection of used toys, clothes, books, etc. They also have some new/unused items. They have special liquidation events where you can get things even cheaper than their regular sale price. They make sure whatever you bring in is clean (No smudges or wear-and-tear). No batteries are included in their toys. They won't take clothes that don't sell well. They give loyalty points (1 point for every $20 bought/sold to them). It used to be that 20 points gets you 20% off your entire purchase but in Aug 2017 when they converted to use Vincinity, it now takes 40 points to get 20% off.

I asked a cashier and found out she is a Manager at store. How can thar be. I manage a retail store myself and never point, tell or say sarcastic words to my employees. She was yelling like a crazy person. She was rushing everyone to get them out of store early. She even told me to go cause store was closing. I wasn't done shopping! I was going to buy about $320 of stuff and I put it back. Forgot that. I don't give business to store like that. No way! She must have a terrible upbringing and people were always meen to her and now she is doing it to others. Why else does she behave that way. Innocent People don't deserve that.
