I asked for a paper copy of the refund, and she was incapable of providing it, again rolling her eyes. Again, the manager saw her attitude but did nothing. I do not give my email address to companies that I don't routinely do business with because they spam me with unwanted emails and sell my email address.

The women's section is pretty underwhelming. All of the clothes are pretty much on circular racks within the store and very close to one another. One rack had sports bras, another had shorts, another had tanks, and another had active outdoor wear. If you dig enough you probably can find a deal. But like I mentioned earlier it's hard finding coordinated outfits because everything is just all over the place. Shoes are in the back while men's is to the right of the entrance. I caught site of this business called Columbia Factory. It is store #938 located in District 9 on the map of the mall previously opened in 2019. This outlet store carries apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment for outdoor enthusiasts of all levels and for all seasons of the year too! Prices are decent. I stopped in to look for winter boots to match my Columbia 3 layer ski jacket which are located in the back of the store with other boots. My Photo is attached of the style I liked but my size was not available to try on. Prices were decent compared to shopping online.
