I will Say first off amazing store! 3 floors, lots of option. Now, sorry to say but as soon as I walked in I had 10 people ask me if i was ok. It really deterred me from shopping and enjoying my experience cause of so many people clinging to me and coming up to me. Back off. Please. It takes away from me enjoying or shopping this experience. I did enjoy the store layout but this didn't help being asked every 5 mins are you ok? I walked out quickly and felt pressured. love the products in this store, but the security personelle here are intimidating (especially the middle aged female one). She follows you around & makes you feel uncomfortable. Its fairly heavy handed & does not make for a welcoming environment when I want to spend my hard earned money. I drop a decent amount of cash here & yet I still get "the shadow" following my every move". It makes me want to avoid the store. read more

If you are a fan of the retro-Adidas look of the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's, this particular Adidas store on Granville and Robson in downtown Vancouver will have you salivating for the fashion of the golden oldies. Most of the unisex shoes and fashion lines have been reworked from authentic vintage Adidas designs but all designs are original, making for one-of-a-kind finds. The nearly 3,000 square foot store is as cool as the label itself, with low tables and rack displaying all the goodies, all lit in fluorescent blue, adding to its retro style. The staff is uber-knowledgable so if you don't see something that you want, just give them a nudge and ask them if it will be in stock anytime soon or where you can find it. read more

Went to return a pair of pants i picked up for my husband. We are forced to try on at home because they have closed all their change rooms untill covid ends. The pants didnt fit so back into the bag they wemt and sat for abojt a week till i had the time in my crazy schedule to return. The manager was unbelievably rude to me like at one point i was blinking back teara as she humiliated me in front of the entire busy shop. The pants had a small amount of animal hair and a teeny bit of skin cells on the inside of the pants. I had no idea that it was there! She curtly raised her voice with me and snarled that no one would buy these like this etc started to shake it off..then raised her voice, literally throwing a roll of industrial packing tape at me, telling me, WELL I AM NOT GOING TO DO IT FOR YOU then did this loud *snort* and motioning for me to get to work pulling it across the pants it as a makeshift lint remover, said THIS is GROSS then muttering to herself in broken english WHO DOES THIS? ITS DIRTY..WHAT SORT OF PERSON RETURN IN THIS FILTHY CONDITION..as she darted around me aggressively folding items, then LITERALLY GETTING IN MY FACE she pushed a tag from a pair from the floor said WHY YOU MISSING THE BACK TAG?? PANTS WERE NEW IN SEALED BAG WHAT YOU DO TO THEM?? HUH?? i was hurrying trying to lint brush them with her roll of 20 yr old packing tape i couldnt even speak..everyone in the store was staring and two employees had left their posts to sit front row for her flioping out at yet another frightened customer avoiding eye contact with me, knowing i was being abused but completely unwillng to speak up, relieved it wasnt them setting her off this time. She eventually accepted my return then i guess realized she had gone way too far and started being sickly sweet..as i finished my transaction i turned to her and asked her name. Her face twisted into a snarl once again (could see it through her mask..ugh) i was going to let it go but considering how much i spend on my weekly visit (usually 300-500+) i had to reach out to the online community to warn anyone thinking of shopping there: this is what can happen to you here, so be assertive..dont get pushed around. Adidas head office! please know this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Only time will tell if i can still shop adidas online. I will definately be taking a long if not permanent break from shopping at the Granville Adidas store. I know im going to be significantly less excited about what was one of my all time favorite brands :( read more

The store has excellent merchandise. From comfy tracksuits to cool shoes the products are great. The store is laid out nicely. All products are easy to see from various locations throughout the store. My review tends to the negative because of the staff. Perhaps it's typical of staff from the demographic (16-22?) to be sullen, bored and unhelpful but the store's manager should ensure the staff leave this at home and simply act like good salespeople. read more

Visited this store, 10 days prior to the Winter Olympics. We were a little too early to pick up our limited edition Star Wars shoes. This is a small store compared to the Las Vegas store (across from New York New York Hotel) and some of the California stores that I have been to, BUT, they have several speciality items that are not available at the outlets and some of the sports stores. We are also huge Adidas fans, so I was a little surprised at the amount of high end Adidas items that were in the store (mainly for the men). They had a bunch of Go Canada Olympic fare, but also tons of World Cup stuff (South Africa, June 2010). Woot woot! Well worth seeking out this location if you are looking for some things that are not in the generic outlet/sports store genre. read more

What I like most about Adidas is that it's recognizable with out putting their name on your ass and everywhere else. You can recognize it by their telltale stripes. Their stuff is athletic but streetwise too. This store will make some people drool. Lots of shoes to try on. Though I've never bean a fan of really white shoes- for those who are, this might be your mecca. The workout wear is nice, and they have a good selection of lightweight jackets and hoodies. read more

Nice store, or stores, another one just a few doors down lol. Friendly service, guy instructed where the sport bags/back packs were in the back...a few at the front. For $50 & $65, very impressed by the simple design and lots of separate pockets everywhere. Accept AMEX and 15-day return policy. Nice store, I'd go back again. read more

I shop here, primarily for shoes since they have a great selection of rare footwear, and I love the designs. They have a great selection of clothing as well, which is usually the same price as other retailers that carry the same items. Staff is friendly, and don't usually breathe down your neck. They often have sales, so check in occasionally. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for stylish/rare footwear. read more

I have walked into this store 3 times within the past 12 months. Today marks my 4th and last. I entered into the store this afternoonis afternoon with the intent of buying 2 pairs of high-top sneakers. Nobody greeted me, and from what I can tell, there were probably 4 employees in that store, none of whom acknowledged my existence. The girl in the back was talking to a friend of hers, a man was ringing up items at the till, the guy standing to the right of the till was chatting away with someone, and the man standing to the left of the till was just standing there. When I held up a shoe waiting my turn to ask a question, NONE of them made eye contact with me. The customer service has been consistently nonchalant and I for one will not be returning until someone is capable of training the staff properly. read more

I bought a running shoe around 4 months ago and it just has a hole in less than 10 times of using it. I went there to solve the problem, however I don't have original receipt but I remember that I bought with credit card on this time. Paul the Manager who was not willing to help me at all said on my face that he could not do anything because "I might have found the that in the garbage and trying to change to a new one"!! As a manager of a reputable store like Adidas to say that to a customer??? I was completely embarrassed and I said "I would be very lucky to find a new pair of shoe the same number that mine right? Also said you as a manager should know what was the time that had this shoe to sell in your store, they look brand new! I bought in August and he confirmed that it was selling this model in the summer ... I was very upset with the conduct of the manager, I have copies of the credit card which was purchased it was over $ 100. Mostly of stores they have on the system the customers information, the receipt I mean, how come Adidas still don't have it? How come a manager could possibly say that to a costumer?? For runners, I go to New Balance or Nike, for wearing cool workout gear I go to Adidas. The large, bright space (3000 square feet) is perfect for shopping. The low, made to grab-and-feel shelves that the shoes are stored on are great. I picked up a navy and gold Adidas zip-up hoodie and almost got a pair of white tennis like runners. The retro-looking fashion has been re-stylized and re-released so everyone can experience the good ol' days of Adidas. read more

It's been a while since I stumbled into an ADIDAS store or even entertained the brand in general to be honest. There was something in the window, some winged shoes and neon clothes. Upon going inside I realized that they uped the line from when I remembered ADIDAS back in the day. There are even some cool stuff for someone edgy like myself that shows my personality that I can rock on the badminton court. They have limited edition shoes which grab my attention time and time again. The prices are high and much cheaper on-line or cross border, however, that is with everything. Adidas is basically the only mainstream brandname that I adore, been rockin it since 86' lol. This store specifically always has the newest and oldest adidas looks and if your a fan, you need to get inside there asap. The staff are youngish and seemed nice enough, not overly helpful but I like being left alone to a certain extent when im shopping so I didnt mind. The window display is always awesome! And the prices...well they are adidas prices. read more
