I have been a regular consumer of Lululemon since their flagship store opened in Vancouver in 2014…read more That ended today. I'll tell you why.... The first time I bought their short tennis style skirt was back in 2023. I ordered another one online in white, and when it arrived I took it in store to get a different size, even though the size I ordered was my size and the black I already had was that same size...strange. I wore the black one I have had for two years and is a size 10 into the store to exchange the new one that had arrived. I asked service why the one that was shipped was so tight as it is my size and the same I'm currently wearing....they didn't know and suggested that since their products were manufactured in different countries they are not always aligned in terms of style and size....wow..really?? He suggested that he grab me one from the store and compare. Brought over my size but it was not nearly the same quality or look. It had strange lines in the fabric. The manager came over and was puzzled why two identical products look so different. One was manufactured in Vietnam and the other in Thailand. So, really depending on which country ships your product is which quality you'll be getting. I felt generous and decided to give them one more chance. I ordered a size up online with the clerk. Today it arrived and it was a disaster (see pic.) Extremely poor quality, strange flawed lines in the fabric randomly inconsistent, and it comes packaged heavily wrinkled, which is a bit of a problem, because you can't iron this product. I went back to the store for the second time and returned it. Even their in-store products upon touch you can feel it just isn't the same premium quality anymore. Thinner, cheaper, rougher material. Quite a few times I've seen in store products that are dirty or stained. Nothing like picking up a shirt or tank top with someone's deodorant stain to gross you out. Attention to detail and floor management needs serious attention. The staff are friendly but in my book dirty merchandise on hangers trumps staff smiles to drive me away. So, really they are now selling you lesser quality but still for the same premium price. I mean just the fact that they put their name on products that are manufactured in random places that there's no guarantee of consistency and quality representing the brand....just blows my mind. I think my local dollar store has more of a compass when it comes to product management. Writing this actually makes me a little sad, because I remember what Lululemon used to be like. Consistent, un-compromised high quality athletic wear. Ever since Chip Wilson left the quality went to Hell. 11 years I have been a Lululemon customer. Their non-existent quality control measures, inconsistency and poor manufacturing cost them my decade of business today.

Called the location again a week later to ask for the corporate contact number and asked about the 990 and was surprised they did have a pair in stock . I was asked if I wanted to place them on hold and I said yes. Unhappy I'm paying more after shipping and currency conversion for a lower tier shoe. I received a call and had to disconnect. Called back and was told the 990 is on hold for someone else. Now irritated I've received unhelpful, conflicting info.

This store is located by the fantastic Canadian Brew pub so post shoe shop you can grab some grub. On entrance the store has fantastic lighting and is very cleaned and organized. I spoke to Katrina who indicated to me that if we brought the pants with the receipt (but without the tabs) down to the store, we would receive the price adjustments. Base on what we were told, we headed promptly to the store. After 30 min of driving and finding parking, we made it to the store. To our annoyance, Rae at the store indicated to us we were misinformed and that he was unable to provide the price adjustments as agreed by this colleague. Even after showing my phone log and reiterating the conversation, he stood firm with his statement. We asked to speak to his manager, to which he indicated he was the only one there. My question is this event is for "Customer Appreciation". This experience alone does not make this customer appreciated at all. I'm was appalled your store did not honor what customer service representatives indicated resulting us wasting our time. I've since emailed them and am waiting to hear back as to whether or not they'll do the honourable thing and make this right ... Update: Since reaching out to their website and posting on Yelp, Lauren, the store's Shop Director contacted me to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate her doing that and it has regained my confidence in their store's customer service.

I did not have high hopes as the brands they carried are similar to every other store I have been to. When I entered the store there were more sales reps than shoppers in the store and they were very welcoming without being pushy. The young woman that assisted me was the most considerate of reps and she knew her shoes. She measured my feet, asked a bunch of question, listened to my answers and said I'll go get some for you to try on. It was an interesting experience. She actually knew that shoes don't all fit the same from one supplier to the next and she knew that it might take several trips to the back for more shoes before she satisfied my slightly odd requirements. She just kept on helping me until we found the perfect shoes. Thanks to Emma who was so patient and knowledgeable. This place is awesome and the staff are all terrific. Give them a try!!

I usually don't need any help when I shop at lululemon, and have actually had customers, friends and clients (I'm a personal trainer) ask ME for advice or recommendations on all things lulu! I guess I do know a lot about all their products lol! I've been a loyal fan since the very first Hawaii lululemon store opened in 2008 or 2009 when I still lived in Honolulu. Anyway, my husband and I were back in Vancouver recently and were excited to do some shopping at both the Kitsilano and Robson St. stores (which we did!). I've shopped at this location many times, as I used to come to Vancouver every summer to run the SeaWheeze Half Marathon (LegaSea here!). Sheri helped me select some shorts and answer questions I had about a couple items I had saved in the app (unfortunately they didn't carry those items in-store). She took the time to chat with us about our visit to Vancouver and even about their ambassadors, which we just appreciated her being so personable. Ended up leaving with a few more items that I wasn't even planning on buying, but hey...when in Rome! Or in this case, when in Lulu! ;)

My friend shops here quite a bit and always says good things about this store so I tagged along…read more There were two big benches and I sat on the empty one while my friend shopped for shoes and immediately the store clerk tells me "you can't sit there." I asked why and he replied "two people are sitting there, they're just trying on shoes." I replied "well this is a huge bench and can seat at least 6 people" and he shouted "YOU CAN'T SIT THERE!" My friend left with me, neither of us will be returning.
