We have all our checking and saving accounts with them as well as our mortgage and if there is ever a problem, which we experienced only once in 21 years, you can pick up the phone and speak with Julie, the bank manager in Saranac Lake, and it is immediately taken care of. Now, I don't know where the $200 went but when you say that the bank knows that it cost $3000 to go to small claims court - you are severely mistaken. Small claims court costs $10 - $15 depending on whether or not your claim is +/- $1000. You can take someone to small claims court for up to $3000. If you are going to make a public review, and quote these figures, at least get your facts straight, do your homework and post correct information.
