I had some bird droppings on my front bumper, was quickly shuffled through the spray area then through the wash. the droppings are still on my bumper. Not satisfied what so ever. They use to take time to make sure your car was cleaned, now it's just how fast can we put the cars through.

I had it looked at a couple of times to be sure it wasn't engine related and used air fresheners. Finally I decided to see if a good cleaning would get rid of it.
