Mechanic is aggressive will get in your face. As a "head mechanic" he clearly has little man syndrome. Very unprofessional & touching mirrors with dirty hands. He will rev your engine & rip it around the parking lot like he owns it. Evergreen Auto is the worst place to get a car. I financed a car with 99,535 miles for $19,000, a bit high, but I needed a car quickly due to starting a new job in SL. After one year, my engine blew at 132,000 miles. They wouldn't replace the engine under warranty. They offered to replace it for $10,000, and I was still making payments. This dealership was unhelpful. I towed my car to Garvey Hyundai in Plattsburgh, a great place, and they replaced the engine for free once I proved I kept up with maintenance. I paid $600 for a new alternator and timing belt. Last Saturday, I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport to Kia in Plattsburgh for a trade-in. They ran a Carfax report, revealing a giant red flag: the miles were rolled back from 91,000 to 61,000. Ron at Evergreen said it was a mistake and Carfax was wrong.
