Then I got charged for two months (over $600) of services I never used. I don't know how they got my new credit card number. I was told it was done by a collections agency, but it just felt very shady. They never contacted me. My first stretch was, good, but the rest were meh. Most of the staff there are disinterested teenagers. The Manager is really sweet, but the Owner has no integrity. I overheard a conversation between him and another client who wanted out of their contract because they couldn't afford it. He charged them a really big cancellation fee, and I know he could have waived it. I can't stand that stuff.

This place is affiliated with Albany Medical College, so they often have student observers. However, they're very good about not forcing that on you if you're not comfortable with it. For instance, when they asked me if a male student could observe my last gynecological exam, I wasn't having it. And that was fine.
