Dr Pandya's primary office is in Troy and reviews were positive. I was pleased to learn he was on Rt 146 and very close to my location. He was pleasant, spent time with me and agreed with me that despite my bunions and pain I was not a surgical candidate. He ordered an x-ray which showed nothing serious, addressed the foot pain and steps to take with proper shoes. He was attentive and professional and his staff as well. I highly recommend this physician and his office.

An appointment was made with ease, his staff is very considerate, the appointment was on schedule and after one visit my issue with my feet have been taken care of. This place should be closed. What a crap show. Where do I start? So.... I'm in excruciating pain…read moreand need a second opinion. I go on nextdoor and see people recommend this place. I make an appointment to get in very quickly because they were nice enough to open a slot up. I thought to myself, wow, how nice, this place will be great! I get there for my appointment and wait about a half hour to be seen. Everything from my previous appointment is explained to the doctor. There are three doctors there and they are all part time. I've had xrays done in the past and it showed arthritis in the joint. Well she wanted to do another one. Okay, fine. What do you know - the X-ray film doesn't develop she has to take another one. At this point I am in so much pain and my entire foot is swollen. While the doctor is doing a second X-ray she asks what shoes I wear to work. I tell her sneakers and she actually recommended I wear work boots! So let me get this right, you want me to attempt to squeeze my already swollen, painful foot into. Work boot when I can barely get my sneaker on??? Not happening!! She does the second X-ray and it doesn't develop and has no idea why. The only person to fix the machine is the other part time doctor and practice owner. Yup!! I leave with a blood work script and a prescription along with a follow up appt. and a diagnosis that it is 95% gout and should see a rheumatologist or my primary. Fast forward: I can't make the follow up appointment and call to reschedule. Then thought to myself why make a follow up if I should be seeing someone else. The receptionist says she will check with the doctor and call me back. She calls back and talks to my wife as if she is the patient. They got the blood work back but cannot give her the results. My wife says well can you give them to Anthony and the receptionist replied who is Anthony???? Are you kidding me??? I am Anthony and I am the patient. There is so much more I can add but don't have the time. Crazy experience and lesson learned.
