Xrays were taken & was told that I would get a call after xrays were reviewed by the dentist. Was told, nothing was wrong & suggested I see a root canal specialist, or I could get the root canal tooth, & bridge out for over $700. This was told to me by an office girl. So to not see a dentist and schedule an appt for major dental work and not see or speak to a dentist there is rather disgusting & extremely unprofessional! I spent out of pocket dental work there for nearly $10,000. The bridge was put in temporarily b/c the dentist knew I needed a root canal the bridge was connected to. Of course I had pain in tooth next to bridge days later & had to come in for a root canal and THEN the bridge was sealed permentatelly. If I was told I would need a root canal or that the tooth was bad, I never would have had a $6000 bridge put in. AND now I cant even be seen by a dentist there? Dr Davis retired but I should be seen by a dentist there, esp by his partner, Dr King. Be Careful, They are only about $$$ at this group & DO NOT CARE So now I have pain in bridge/root canal area that was done at this practice cant get a consult with a dentist there. Just be done w/me & bounce me off to root canal specialist, so I can be charged for another consult, & more xrays. King Dental should be shut down for this ignorance & behavior!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a 9:20am appt but wasn't even called back until 9:55am. No one apologized. The dental hygienist complained that she was working because she never has to work this shift. I had made the appt. with Dr. King but was told AFTER I was in the chair that they would see "who could fit me in" Dr. Davis told me I have cavities because I "obviously don't know how to brush OR floss" As he left the room he muttered "nice to meet you". Horrid, rude, cocky, insulting - and on top of it all - I went to another dentist and found out the SIX cavities Dr. Davis said I had were all surface and could be fixed with fluoride treatment! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED P.S. As you can imagine, I left the office. Dr. King apologized and told me in front of a full waiting room "my partner is an ass". That says it all.

After several experiences over the course of the week were staff violated my HIPPA rights - notably when one receptionist grabbed the phone from another, stated my name and said she was ending the call (direct HIPPA violation) and hung up on me, I'm now tasked with tedious ethical obligations. It's important to note I deal with two large Doctors offices weekly - for many years, including getting prior authorizations - for a serious internal injury. The staff openly talk about patients. Dr. Roth engaged in office gossip, then based off that decided to call and attempt to degrade and threaten me. They're all rather stupid not to realize everyone has the ability to record things, and as a communication professional, I was so disturbed after my first contact I knew to protect myself. The slander he slung hurt him grossly as it is all contradicted by the conversation I had earlier in the day with Casey (who is highly manipulative and exhibits deep psychosis/lack of empathy comparable to seri@l k!llrs). He didn't even take the time to collect information before the call, not aware his threat meant nothing and me answering was giving him the shovel. He talks real loud.

In short "If you need care within a few hours and can get there on your own, go here."…read more I'm going to preface this review a few assumptions: If you're in the ER it's probably not a good day for you anyway, most peope don't really *want* to be there, and you're there because you need to be seen sooner than tomorrow morning at a primary care doctor or need more care than a CVS or PriceChopper type Clinic can offer. With that in mind, I'll say I 'enjoyed' my visit to Ellis Emergent Care. I left feeling WAY better than I did when I got there - which is the point, right? The waiting room was calm, quiet, and not crowded. The staff was professional. I won't say 'overly friendly', but it's the ER people!!! They could have been on the tail end of three 12-hour shifts. They were, however, gentle, caring, respectful, and efficient. I was in for extreme dehydration during pregnancy and had to get an IV. The nurses and PA very much seemed to have the attitude of "Lets get you feeling better and get you home." They're obviously busy, but don't seem frantic. The receptionists remembered my name and had all the paperwork ready to go when we went to check out. I feel like all of these reasons in aggragate make it a 5-Star ER. You're not at the spa, but you're also not getting ebola or watching someone die on a stretcher. I'd call that a win. Since it is a smaller facility, they have a limited number of beds/rooms compared to other major hospitals. With that in mind, if there are more than 10 people in the waiting room, it could mean they are filled to capacity. We waited about an hour before I was admitted to a room on a Wednesday afternoon. I felt given the number of people I saw leave and get admitted before me, this was very reasonable. Pro Tip - this facility does NOT accept ambulances, and as a result, the hectic, chaotic atmospher that you experience in other places is noticable absent here. If you need care within a few hours and can get there on your own, go here.

I had to walk out of the room myself and find a nurse to ask for an update 3 different times and was brushed off. It wasn't until the 3rd time I finally got an answer that could've taken 5 min. Majority of workers here seem standoffish as well.
